The definition of "branding", according to BusinessDictionary.com is "the process involved in creating a unique name and image for a product or service in the consumers' mind, mainly through advertising campaigns with a consistent theme. Branding aims to establish a significant and differentiated presence in the market that attracts and retains loyal customers." Having said that, do you think you need branding? A couple of weeks ago I ran a poll on my Instagram account asking how many of my followers kept in touch with one-time customers.
