Should You Become an S-Corp? (Real Talk)

S Corporations are one of the most glorified business decisions on social media but are they actually right for you?In this episode, I break down what an S Corp really is, why everyone thinks they need one, and the truth behind the tax savings.Because the reality is:Becoming an S Corp isn’t a “level up”....it’s a strategic decision. And if you make it too early, it can actually cost you more. This episode shares the pros you of course hear everywhere, but also the compliances that you as the CEO must also know. Discover our offers and services at www.nacondramoran.comStay connected with us on social media:  Instagram: @nacondra.moran

Motherhood, Money, and the Business You’re Building

In this episode, I am reflecting on the relationship between motherhood and entrepreneurship. For me, motherhood has changed the way I have thought about work, time and financial stability. As a business owner and mother, you may find yourself holding multiple desires at once: wanting to build something meaningful, provide financial stability, and still be present. In this episode, I talk about my journey into entrepreneurship and how becoming a mother reshaped the way I thought about work, success and sustainability, including the quiet tension you may experience trying to hold it all at once. Resources: Stay tuned for upcoming workshops. Why Profitable Doesn’t Mean Peaceful

There’s a misconception in entrepreneurship that once you become “profitable,” everything settles. But I’ve worked with women making multiple six figures who still:•Avoid logging into their bank accounts•Panic during tax season•Feel inconsistent in their pay•Don’t have a cushion•Overwork to compensate for financial anxietyProfit is a number.Peace is a system. In this episode, we’re unpacking the gap between the two.Resources mentioned in the podcast episode: 50-30-20 Money Framework - https://the-50-30-20-framework.teachery.co/accessThe House Of Ceo Waitlist - https://nacondramoran.com/house-of-ceo/

Scaling vs Simplifying: What's the Best Path for you?

🎙️✨ Scaling vs. Simplifying: Which Path Is Right for You? In this new episode of The House of CEO Podcast, I’m breaking down a question that so many entrepreneurs struggle with: Should you scale your business or simplify it?I dive into the realities of both paths, from the benefits of scaling—more revenue, a bigger team, and increased impact—to the power of simplifying—leaner operations, higher profit margins, and more control over your time. But beyond that, I share why I’ve personally chosen a more simplified business model and how it aligns with my life, values, and what truly matters to me.We are in a time where making aligned decisions is more important than ever. It’s easy to get caught up in the noise of what we “should” be doing—chasing bigger, growing faster, hiring more. But the truth is, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to success. Your business should reflect what feels right for you.Do you want more revenue, or do you crave more time and freedom? Do you thrive managing a team, or do you prefer simplicity and autonomy? Are you feeling pressure to scale, or is it time to crowd out the noise and make a decision that truly aligns? For me, simplifying has been a powerful choice, not just in business but in life. I’m decluttering, letting go of what no longer serves me, and creating spaciousness in my home, my schedule, and my work. Success isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what’s right for you.
