It’s been a long week but I promised I would keep the podcast updated so I hopped on to just say HI!

Today I wanted to share with you a bit about my training and why running is so important to me. I also talk a little about what my day is like being a mom, radio host and competitive runner!

It's 2019 So I wanted to hop on and give an update on my goals for the year!  What are you looking to accomplish in 2019?

Hi! Its been a while friends. I needed a few days but I am back with a ton of cool stuff! Today's episode I welcome singer/song writer; Alice Merton to the studio. In a former life I was a television news reporter and one of the friends I made was meteorologist Tracy Hinson! Although she lives all the way out in Portland, Oregon now we still stay connected; so today she joined me on the podcast to fill us in on what she's been up to!

Another day, another poop story... tmi? I think so, but I don't really care. This is a shorty because I am swamped at work, but I'll have better, newer, cooler things to come!

It's May!!! My favorite month! Mostly because my birthday is in May but I have always loved May; the thick of track season, warm weather is finally starting to show, it's just a great month in Michigan. What is one thing you had to cut back on when you became a parent? It's a struggle I have every day, making changes to things I really care about, but you have to when you are a mom or dad because they NEED to come first. I talk about this and an elementary school flash back in today's episode!

She made the WORLD record for the women's marathon in 1967, but no one knows who she is.... listen to learn more!

Mom guilt is a real thing and I struggle with it bad! Here's what gives me the MOST guilt, and an explanation on why I can't bring my two year old out to lunch.

Power of positivity. I used to want to slap my dad (I promise I'm not a disrespectful B, just hear me out) because every cross country meet in college he would chant me mottos from his favorite book, "The Secret". He promised me if I would just learn to THINK POSITIVE I could achieve so much. I was SUPER negative and I still can be super negative but I was watching the finish of this years Boston Marathon and it gave me inspo for this podcast, listen and let me know what you think!
