    Power of positivity. I used to want to slap my dad (I promise I'm not a disrespectful B, just hear me out) because every cross country meet in college he would chant me mottos from his favorite book, "The Secret". He promised me if I would just learn to THINK POSITIVE I could achieve so much. I was SUPER negative and I still can be super negative but I was watching the finish of this years Boston Marathon and it gave me inspo for this podcast, listen and let me know what you think!
