On this episode, I examine the history on how the U.S stole Hawaii and the present fight to return land to Native Hawaiians.  Then, I speak to a reporter who's been following this story since 2013.  His name is Rob Perez and he tells me his personal family story related to it.  

In this special report, I tell the story of the 1995 Chicago heat wave, which claimed the lives of more than 700 people in a week. It was dangerous, deadly, a disaster for the city that lasted a long time. Morgues over capacity with bodies still flowing in, and a repeat in 1998, this time in Texas and other parts of the nation. 2023 is no joke in comparison to these two unmitigated natural climate catastrophes. This summer has been extremely hot, with an unforgiving and sweltering sun bearing down on billions unable to take it.

In this episode, I tell a relatively forgotten story about one of the worst atrocities to happen in slavery. It's a story that's not well-known but as horrific and sadistic as it is, its history still infects the city of New Orleans to this day. I talk about how this abomination is why no slave could have had a "personal benefit" from the diabolical institution. This is in relation to Florida announcing new guidelines for middle school kids that speak on the matter. Next, the trial of classified documents for Former President Trump now has a set date as criminal inquiries ramp up in other states. Then as the nation and world deal with a deadly heatwave, migrants in Arizona are left caged outside to fend for themselves.

On this episode, I talk about a report published in The Houston Chronicle regarding the "inhumane" treatment of migrants at the Texas southern border. The reports include razor wire injuring migrants, a four-year-old girl passing out from heat exhaustion, a 19-year-old girl having a miscarriage, and more. Texas Governor Greg Abbott stands by idly amidst the damming reports. After that, I describe a political migrant stunt orchestrated and carried out by Texas and Florida Governors Desantis and Abbott. A similar stunt was attempted back in 1962 and failed, I make the analogy.
