Sometimes where so burnt out that we don't even know we're depressed. We're just high functioning depressed individuals, that learn how to make depressed version of ourselves an active part of our identity. Which we want the rebranded version of ourselves to be healthy & whole. Let's identify the bad, & replace it with what's healthy.

Grieving
Grieving the loss of the old version of myself. It was just easier to not have boundaries because I had more people to talk to. I'm grateful that I'm growing through this grief.

Not Completely Soft
There's nothing soft about the process of healing. Although a soft & honest life is overall the goal, the actual process can be brutal. Give yourself grace & surround yourself with people who are capable of doing the same. In this journey, sometimes you have to walk alone & leave everything behind, & other times you have to allow people the opportunity to re-learn you & accept who you're becoming.
