You hear people talk about employee burnout. Hell, different companies and organizations actually have horribly attended seminars on this topic. In my opinion, I don't think employee burnout is taken seriously enough. Many employees are in the midst of the chaos as we speak, with no way out. How do I know? I've experienced an extreme case myself. In this episode, I highlight my personal experience with workplace burnout. From awareness to signs and symptoms. Hey, Family! Ya'll heard me say this plenty of times before but God gives us a choice to follow our purpose in life or not. It's literally a preference. So, when we make that decision to follow the path God has laid out in front of us we open ourselves up to the universe to manifest things that align with our purpose. Sometimes we'd rather have someone else do it for us.  What I found out is that we can not substitute anyone in our place for our purpose. What's meant for you is for you.
