Episodes

  1. The Staircase With Extra Steps

Anna notices a public staircase has twenty-three steps instead of the usual twenty and discovers the extra steps were added in 1982 by an engineer after his wife fell. When renovations threaten to "correct" it back to twenty steeper steps, the kids must prove gentler stairs save lives.

  2. The Misaligned Lamppost

Felix, Anna, and Mila notice a streetlamp that sits two meters out of alignment, creating a dark patch in the light. They discover it was deliberately moved in the 1990s by an amateur astronomer who taught children about stars and when upgrades threaten to "fix" it, they must prove darkness…

  3. The Bell That Rings Wrong

Felix notices the church bell always rings exactly three seconds late and discovers it was deliberately timed so departing train passengers would hear it as a final call from the platform. When repairs threaten to "fix" the timing, the kids must prove the delay still matters.

  4. The Rain Gauge Garden

Felix and Anna discover rain gauges scattered throughout Lindenbridge, and meet Dr. Müller, a retired meteorologist who walks the entire village after every rain to check all forty gauges, mapping how rainfall varies across town for thirty-two years.

  5. The Two Mailboxes

Anna, Felix, and Mila discover two mailboxes on the same corner, one yellow and official, one blue and forgotten. They meet Mr. Brandt, a retired postal worker who still checks the blue box every Friday, giving people an extra day to change their minds about the letters they send.

  6. The Painted Line

Anna and Mila discover a faded yellow line painted on the sidewalk that leads to a bakery—and learn it was created in 1989 to help a man with dementia find his way. Decades later, neighbors still quietly repaint it for anyone who needs a path home.

  7. The Planter That Blooms Early

Anna, Felix, and Mila discover a planter that blooms two weeks early every spring—and meet Mr. Pearce, the retired groundskeeper who's been protecting this beautiful accident for twenty years. When the planter is scheduled for removal, the kids race to save it.

  8. The Underpass Echo

Anna, Felix, and Mila discover an underpass that makes voices sound like cathedrals—and meet Dr. Chen, a sound engineer who's been secretly recording the accidental concerts happening there for twenty-five years.

  9. The Library Clock

Anna, Felix, and Mila discover the library clock runs two minutes fast and meet Mr. Gorell, a retired train conductor who's been checking it every month for forty-six years to make sure people always feel exactly on time.

  10. The Diagonal Drain

Anna, Felix, and Mila meet Kendra, a girl their age who's been testing a storm drain her father designed before he died and together they write letters to prove that good work shouldn't be forgotten.

  11. The Mismatched Bollards

Anna, Felix, and Mila notice the bollards in the market square don't match and meet Dr. Hensley, a woman who's been sketching them every Saturday for thirty years, watching her stolen design help people who'll never know her name.

  12. The Clicking Bridge

Anna, Felix, and Mila meet Mr. Farrow on the footbridge—a retired engineer who's been counting clicks from hidden sensors for forty-three years, long after everyone else stopped listening.

  13. The Weather Swing

The Lindenbridge Adventures continue in The Weather Swing, where one playground swing rises just a little higher than the others and Mila discovers it’s been quietly measuring the wind for decades.

  14. Stop 12A

The three kids from Lindenbridge notice a bus stop that isn't on the route. When the bus reverses to pick them up, they discover why some stops require ringing the bell twice and who still uses them. A gentle bedtime story about hidden infrastructure and the people it serves.

  15. The River That Pretends

"It’s eating noise." We assume peace and quiet is natural. In Lindenbridge, it is manufactured. Anna, Felix, and Mila uncover the "Sound Trap", a brutalist concrete room designed to strip the roar from the river so the villagers can sleep without remembering the danger on their doorstep.

  16. The Stop That Wasn't There

There is a tram stop on the edge of Lindenbridge that has a bench, a map, and a sign. But no trams stop there. When Felix notices that passing trams slow down for exactly three seconds before speeding up again, the children decide to investigate. They discover a "ghost stop" that isn't on any...

  17. The 16:42 to Nowhere

The sign says the 16:42 to Northport is departing. The doors close. The whistle blows. But the train doesn’t move.
