I am using this podcast to not only expose hidden truths in the industry but be a voice of reason and hopefully find answers for the issues facing restaurant operators as well as patrons of the food service industry. I have been on all sides of the industry, grower, restaurant owner, designer, broker, trainer, written training programs for front of house as well as back of house.
