Former Melbourne star Jack Fitzpatrick joined the show to discuss all things Demons after their historical Premiership triumph. Jack takes us into the inner sanctum with the best on ground off field votes, and lifts the lid about why he’s joined Donald Trump on Twitter’s banned list!

Have you ever asked yourself how many sausages in bread you've ever eaten?  No? That's ok, because we have.  We also chatted about the upcoming Grand Final, with guests of the show, Dee's diehard Jimmy Plunkett, Bulldogs tragic Uncle Paul aka 'The Oracle', and that pesky Sam who's back for an extended Sam's 60.

It may be the Grand Final bye-week, but unlike the majority of ALF media, the boys have plenty to chat about. Joined by their favourite co-host, Triple M's Rudi Edsall

After one of the best weekend’s EVER of footy, the boys are joined by a couple of winners. Choc’s Chat relives a famous Magpies victory, and Peter ‘Spida’ Everitt re-joins the boys to lap up the Saints thrilling win over the Dogs. Jake and Ben delve deep into the weekend’s results, the Saad situation, and somehow, a twisted testicle.

With the end of the Home & Away season upon us, the boys turn their attention to the silly season. Trades, free agents, retirements, it’s all here! Can the rising Pies win it from outside the top four? Who will finish their season on a high, or a low? Get stuck in, and get involved!

With only two rounds of the home & away season remaining, the boys called upon Fox Footy's Sam Daddo to help unpack all the big issues in footy, and take a look into their crystal balls to predict how 2020 might finish up. There was only one possible way the Conference Call could go this week, and with the Cats and Tigers doing battle under Friday night lights, we called in the big guns with Rudi and Moppa re-joining the show to dissect the big game.

A very special episode this week, with local footballing legend Brayden Shaw joining the show. Brayden discusses his time at Collingwood as the son of a legend, his transition into local footy, a career ended by severe head knocks, and his greatest physical challenge, training for an upcoming marathon, all in the name of raising funds for Team Kill Cancer. The Game of the Week Conference Call sees the Lions host the Pies, where "this generations Mark McGough" will play a big role. All that and the regular footy banter, jump in!

The boys retrun this week on the back of a very special episode with Allen Christensen to dive into their regular footy chat. Jake and Ben were delighted to speak this week with Brisbane Lions star Allen Christensen.  Allen won a flag at Geelong in only his 19th game in 2011. Since then he has had an absolute rollercoaster of a ride in football and more importantly, life. Allen is a self-confessed gambling addict, who hasn't has a bet since 2014. He has his own podcast, Addicted To The Game - Where he, his brothers' and a couple mates share their stories on addiction, have guests on where gambling and other addictions have gotten the better of them, and then there's plenty of banter to go along with it.
