Season One Finale: Our Intuitive Eating Journey
How do you unlearn habits around food when diet culture was the backdrop of growing up as a millennial? In our Season 1 finale, we talk about the journeys we've been on since adolescence, how our cultures played a part then and now, and how the hardest part as moms is doing our best to not repeat old patterns. While we haven't quite cracked the code on intuitive eating as a latina, we found someone who has in the book, The Latina Anti-Diet, by Dalina Soto. This book was recommended to us by another mamilennial and it "gives us tools to confront diet culture and the whitewashing of food so we can go back to eating what we love while managing our health." During our 1-month break, we'll be diving into this book and would love for you to join our Mamilennials Book Club! Be sure to subscribe to our weekly newsletter at mamilennials.com where we'll share more details!Thank you so much for an incredible Season 1. Grab your book*, enjoy the finale, and we’ll be back before you know it! 💖📚 *GET THE BOOK HERE: The Latina Anti-Diet: A Dietitian's Guide to Authentic Health that Celebrates Culture and Full-Flavor Living by Dalina Soto ➔ [https://amzn.to/45ciW5T] (Paid Link)---------------------------------------------------------------------Disclaimer: As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
