A podcast for established runners, future runners, and people interested in running. In this running podcast, we will mainly focus on everything running. Science, nutrition, training, gear, and much more. When I first created my running platforms, Herm Runs was one of the first people I started following. With a big voice in the running community, I've found his content to be inspiring. Regardless of our different goals as runners, he is very relatable. In this episode we are talking about how Herm found running, how it has changed his life and how he himself keeps on changing other people's lives with his running content. Herm recently started working with Adidas, and we are obviously talking about how that came to be and what that is like. This is one of those episodes where I am really hoping that a lot of people will listen to it, because of the impact it can have. On this episode we have Dani Barrett on. This is how she describes herself as a racer: Just like any runner, I have good and bad races, but the common denominator is that I bring an attitude of seizing the opportunity to race to every start line. Remembering that racing is the fun part is a key to success, and I’ve had my best days when I enter with this mindset! Some racing highlights for me have been the NCAA Track and Field National Championships, where I finished as the 11th-fastest 10k runner in the nation with a time of 33:07 and became a Division 1 All-American. I also ran my first marathon in December of 2025 and qualified for the Olympic Trials in 2:34. I can’t wait to run another one! Some other highlights have been becoming an NCAA Conference Champion in the 5k and 10k, and a collegiate team title in cross country. In all my best races, I used tools I learned working with a Sports Psychologist that I want to share with the athletes I coach! If you want to learn all of the mental preparation, visualization, race planning, and journaling techniques that have gotten me these results, let’s work together!Full video + the Boston 2025 documentary: / @warwickruns Follow Kristian's journey on Instagram: @warwick.runs
