After an 11-month unplanned sabbatical (thanks, layoff), I’m finally back — and I brought backup. Grace joins me for a candid, slightly chaotic convo about navigating unemployment, job hunting fails, identity crises, and all the emotions in between. It’s honest, a little messy, occasionally funny, and a reminder that sometimes you just need a friend to laugh-cry with you through it.
