World Mental Health Day 2022 on Joy 94.9

There are ways to access support that can be effective in the face of obstacles.- Early intervention is key. If you notice changes in behaviour in a friend or loved one that might be signs of mental health trouble, initiating a respectful conversation can have a tremendously positive impact on that person's well-being.- Simple things like focusing on physical health, eating well, and getting good sleep can help individuals support their own mental health. Taking actionable steps like these can help to balance mental health scales impacted by stressors such as waitlists and other challenges. What other takeaways did you come away with as you listened to this engaging conversation about the importance of mental health support?
