Then in hour two we'll visit with Rep Kevin McCabe and talk about the passage of his latest bill and his predictions for what's going to happen in the last week of the session.

Brad Keithley is on vacation this week, so we've invited one of our favorite guests to join us to discuss energy concerns. Sarah Montalbano come on to talk about the troubles with depending on non-dispatchable power that's rearing it's head around the country. She'll also discuss the AKLNG cliff that we're already facing before any progress is made on the gasline. Then in hour two I'll recap on that, plus some thoughts on the new AG nomination.
