30 Days of More Closing Celebration!
Congrats!!! You’ve made it to the end of the 30 Days of More Challenge! You’ve spent the past thirty days expanding what you believe is possible for your money, your work, your desires, and your leadership. This closing ritual was about bringing that expansion into the body on a deeper level and creating your plan of action on where to go from here. We moved, we celebrated, and actually let ourselves feel the wins instead of rushing past them on the way to the next thing on the list.Whatever you’ve done or haven’t done as a part of this challenge, I encourage you to watch this final training as it has the power to shift so much for you.Inside I teach:* Why it’s so important to physically celebrate both small and big wins (and why you’re subconsciously blocking your expansion when you don’t) * The essential mindset shift you need to make if you’re ready to stop looping on an old money pattern and actually live something new* A guided practice for identifying how your desire and fear both show up in the body, so that you can move forward living and leading from your desires instead of your fears. I’ve had so much fun leading you thru this challenge, and being stretched myself: showing up here (almost) every day for 30 days! This has been exciting and it’s also just the beginning. I hope you’ll consider upgrading to one of our paid tiers here on Substack. What to expect from your paid subscription:* Monthly live sessions like this one with me and guests, focused on practices and rituals to support you in stepping into your next level of expression, abundance and leadership* Monthly new & full moon rituals to connect you more deeply with your body and intuition* An intimate chat space with direct access to ask me questions on the practices and processes presented (FOUNDING MEMBERS ONLY!) The purpose of the paid tiers is not just to give you more information (because like I’ve shared in this challenge, the information age is over!). The purpose is to give you actual practices & rituals for taking action on, and a community to connect and grow with. If you’re reading this knowing you’re ready for a deeper support as you step into your next level as a leader, CEO and embodied change maker, I have a special invitation for you: We’ve opened two more spots inside The MOTHERMIND Leadership Training, and when you enroll this month you’ll get to join us for our in person retreat in June. The MOTHERMIND is a nine month feminine leadership training for the woman who is done carrying her business all alone and ready to scale through a web of support. Through monthly somatic trainings, private 1:1 calls and quarterly in person retreats, you will learn in strategy and in body how to grow your income & impact without sacrificing your health or family. Learn more about the MOTHERMIND Leadership Training & book a discovery call here.Let desire lead what’s next my friend. Day 17: She Did It In Her First Year Freelance
Rebecca came into Made for More during last February’s round — right at the beginning of her first year going out on her own as a freelance marketing consultant after years of working for other organizations. From the outside, she had everything it takes — vast expertise, a track record, and a clear vision for what she wanted to build. And yet she was carrying familiar stories — don’t brag, put your head down and do the work. What if the next paycheck doesn’t come? What if wanting that much means something is wrong with you? What shifted wasn’t a new business strategy. It was something that moved in her body.In this conversation Rebecca shares what it actually felt like to do this work — including the moment in the chaos and clarity practice (the same one we’re sharing tomorrow for paid subscribers) where something cracked open for her. How clarity, for her, turned out not to be having all the answers mapped out — but trusting that she had the wisdom to figure it out as it came. And how that one reframe changed everything about how she moved in her business. She also shares something she’s only recently been able to say without the caveat attached: she had the best financial year of her life in her very first year of being fully on her own. Full stop. And she did it while navigating one of the hardest things she’s ever been through — a major medical emergency mid-year that turned an ER visit into surgery and a months-long recovery. She’ll tell you herself that the somatic work is a big part of why she came out the other side without carrying it in her body.I love highlighting community stories like this because I know what it feels like to have the hitch, to want more and feel the body contract. And I know how much it means to hear someone else say — I felt that too, but look what happened next. This is what the work actually does.If something in this conversation moves through you — bring it into the comments or into the Inner Circle Chat. We are holding every single thing that surfaces this week.Rebecca is a freelance marketing consultant specializing in brand storytelling and creative project management. She works with clients of all sizes anywhere in the world. Day 1: It's Not a Strategy Problem. It's a Capacity Problem.
Join us for 30 Days of More on Substack! In today’s episode of Birthing the New I’m sharing a story I haven’t fully told before. It’s about a season in my business where the offers were good, the marketing was solid, and nothing was landing. Again and again and again. And what I finally had to reckon with when I picked up the mirror.Money is always in the conversation in my world — inside my containers, inside client sessions, inside the quiet moments where women finally say the thing they’ve been afraid to say out loud. And it makes sense, right? Because money is so loaded. We grow up hearing “Money doesn’t grow on trees. Money is the root of all evil. You can’t want that kind of money.” The old paradigm has a lot to say.But at the core money is a tool. Money is energy exchange. Money is currency. And you want it — not because you’re greedy, not because you’re selfish, not because you’re too much — but because there are big things you want to do. For the world. For your family. For yourself. Money is how we take care of those things. So why does it still feel like you can’t hold more of it?The thing that blocks us from receiving and holding more money isn’t a strategy problem. It’s not that you need a better funnel or a more organized launch plan or one more course on how to sell. It’s a conflicting desire. Living in your body. You say yes, I want more — and somewhere deep down, something in you says but...I know this because it happened to me. Again. Even after 10, 11 years in business. Even while teaching this exact work.Press play above to hear the full story — and consider this your official invitation into what comes next.Join us for 30 Days of More on Substack!Welcome to 30 Days Of More! This Taurus Season challenge and celebration is built on my bestselling program Made for More, and over the next 30 days we’re getting to the root of the emotional debris, the inherited stories, and the conflicting desires that are taking up space in your money box. Here’s how to join us:Free subscribers get thought leadership posts, the money box framework, and a weekly money challenge for the full 30 days.Paid subscribers ($8/month) get everything above plus somatic practices and access to three live calls with me throughout the series.Founding members get the full container — everything in paid, replay access to all live calls, and direct access to me in our Inner Circle Chat. This is Day One. New Moon In Aries Ritual
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit emilynachazel.substack.comBecome a paid subscriber here to listen to the full ritual!Aries season already carries the energy of a beginning — it’s the first sign of the zodiac, the spark before the flame, the inhale before the leap. And since it’s the first new moon since the astrological new year, the New Moon in Aries is inviting you to reset within the reset.Aries is the sign that rules initiation, desire, and the courage to simply begin. The ram doesn’t deliberate. It doesn’t ask for permission or soften its edges to make others more comfortable. It moves toward what it wants — and for just a little while that energy is available to all of us.So this new moon, we’re not just setting intentions. We’re going back to the most foundational questions there are:Who am I, right now, in this version of my life? What do I actually want? Not what you wanted last year. Not what looks good on paper. Not the edited, palatable version you’d share in a room full of people or in a newsletter update. The real thing. The tender, fiery, unfiltered thing. For this ritual, you’ll need:-About 20 minutes in a quiet, private space-A journal and something to write with-A candleSomething red — a crystal, an object, or a red candle — to call in the energy of Aries and its ruler, MarsLight your candle. Set your red object beside it. Let this time be just for you.And let yourself want things. After you’ve sat with the ritual — how are you feeling? Take some time to reflect on what surfaced and let yourself continue to write for as long as it feels good. You are invited to share in the comments on Substack as a paid subscriber. Big Hugs,Emily

Full Moon In Libra Ritual
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit emilynachazel.substack.comFull moons are points of culmination, illumination, and release — and this one falls in Libra, the sign of the scales. In this ritual we’re using that energy to pause, look inward, and ask: how am I truly doing right now? This ritual includes a guided video, a breathing meditation, and a vessel check-in — a wellness wheel inspired by the houses of astrology that invites you to assess the different areas of your life not for perfect “balance,” but for the harmony that’s right for your current season. Because balance isn’t 50/50. Different seasons call for different ingredients, different amounts. This practice helps you listen to what’s actually true for you so you can celebrate where you’re feeling fulfilled and identify where to pour your energy next. For this ritual you'll need:About 15 minutes of uninterrupted spaceA notebook, journal, or loose leaf paperSomething to write withOptional: colored pencils, pens, or crayons Your printed or on-screen Vessel Check-In worksheet (download below ↓)Tending To Your Vessel Check-InThis practice is one I teach inside The Mothermind Leadership Training, and it’s something you can return to at the start of any new season — a new astrological year, after a big life transition, when your rhythms shift. You are invited to come back to it often. In this practice you’ll move through your wellness wheel, rating how fulfilled you feel in 12 different areas of your life — your body, your relationships, your work, your community, and more. Eclipse Integration Ritual
We are coming out of one of the most potent astrological seasons of the year — and if you’ve been feeling it, this episode is for you. This week’s episode isn’t here to give you more information. It’s here to give you something we need now more than ever: a moment of integration. A guided ritual to help you process, reflect, compost, and complete the last six weeks of Eclipse season — so you can move forward with clarity, rootedness, and intention.Inside this episode, I walk you through a full integration ritual that includes:-Grounding and settling into sacred space-Celebrating what you accomplished (big or small) -Reflecting on what didn’t go as planned — and finding the medicine in it-Asking why from a higher perspective, especially during Eclipse season-Clarifying how you want to move forward differentlyThis ritual is one you can return to after any significant period — a launch, a project, a season of motherhood, a challenging relationship. But Eclipse portals in particular are potent harvesting moments. Especially this one. With the North Node now in Aquarius and the South Node in Leo, the lessons coming through are about our leadership and our communities.I also share some exciting news at the end — the Moon Rituals are coming back as part of our paid tier starting in April with the new astrological year!Dive in on Substack, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen!Join the conversation! Anger Alchemy: A Somatic Practice for Leaders
This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit emilynachazel.substack.comThere is a fire moving through the collective right now — and as leaders, our work is not to suppress it or spew it out into the world, but to transmute it into something that can actually be used for good. This episode is an invitation to do exactly that.In this solo episode of Birthing the New, I guide you through a full-body anger alchemy practice for those moments when the rage, frustration, and righteous fire feel too big to hold. Whether it’s rising up in response to the state of the world, the demands of motherhood, or the quiet resentments that have gone unspoken for too long. Rather than bypassing what’s alive in you, this practice creates a sacred container to move it through your body and listen for what lives underneath. We will not birth a more loving, more equitable, more generative world by being angry at the old one. We have to feel it, alchemize it — and let it become something that can create real change. This practice is for you if:* You’re carrying anger you don’t quite know what to do with — personal, collective, or both* You tend to go to sadness, tears, or anxiety rather than expressing anger, but you know it’s there and you’re ready to feel it* You know the fire in you has something important to say, and you know the importance of listening — now more than everThis full practice is available to paid subscribers of the Birthing the New Substack. For just $8/month or $80/year, you’ll receive monthly somatic practices like this one, plus behind-the-scenes strategy on building a business that truly supports your life. A limited number of Founding Member spots are also available, which includes a personalized one-on-one somatic support audit with me.Become a paid subscriber. How did this practice land for you? Building A Business That Mothers You Back
January felt like six weeks. Did it feel like that for you too?In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on why the podcast has been quiet for the past month and what’s shifting, both personally and collectively, as we move through these turning times. If you’re a listener of the podcast, I’m guessing you are someone who has been feeling this fundamental energetic shift we are experiencing. Information is no longer the currency. The old ways of showing up online (the long-form podcasts, the information-heavy courses, the constant content creation) are evolving. And I can feel myself evolving with them. This episode is about what’s possible when you stop carrying your business alone. When you stop churning out launches and content like a machine. When you realize that thinking about your work all the time and mapping your next step isn’t passion, it’s a survival response. In this episode I offer several solutions for how you can create new support structures and systems that allow you to shift out of that survival response. So that you can get off of the hamster wheel, and finally experience a version of your business that is capable of mothering you back.In this episode, I talk about:Some big announcements in the coaching space, like Jenna Kutcher shutting down her podcast and Amy Porterfield closing her course academyWhy information is no longer the currency and what is taking its placeThe real reason you’re thinking about your business all the timeThree specific solutions to stop feeling like your business is 100% dependent on youWhat’s coming to the podcast: a paid tier with practices, integration support, and behind-the-scenes accessThe MOTHERMIND: our intimate cohort for women ready to build businesses that mother them back [Apply Here!]Tune in on Substack, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen! What’s resonating with you right now? Raising Your Human Flag In 2026: Big Astrology, AI, Trends & Staying Human in Business
As we start to wrap up our first full week of 2026, I can honestly say this year feels different. In this episode, I invited Jenna Knapp back to look ahead at what’s coming in 2026—the astrology, the trends, the shifts we’re already sensing, and how I’m approaching it all in my company and life. We’re in turning times, y’all. I’ve said this so many times. And 2026 is the year when the changes we’ve been feeling under the surface actually start to sprout. The outer planets are all shifting signs—something that hasn’t happened in this way since the dawn of Western civilization. We’re moving from the dreamy, marinating energy of Pisces into the fiery, action-oriented territory of Aries. Which means the new isn’t just simmering anymore—it’s going to break through the soil. But here’s what matters most: in a world accelerating toward AI, algorithms, and techno-everything, there’s a quiet revolution happening. People are craving real contact. Real humans. Real trust. Impact. That’s where the human flag comes in.2026 is the year where you get to plant yourself firmly in your values, your humanness, your realness. To stand on what you believe so that others can find you. Because in 2026, the businesses and leaders who will rise are the ones who choose embodiment over automation, integration over information, and human connection over mastering the algorithim. In this episode, we talk about:-The major astrological shifts of 2026 and what they mean for how we do business and life-Why the trust recession is real—and why being imperfect, emotional, and human in your business is now your greatest asset-How I’m retraining myself for long-form content instead of short and snappy captions that catch attention-The move back to in-person community, local connection, and feet-on-the-ground relating-Why I’m pulling back from social media and what I’m doing instead-The deep letting go that’s required to make space for a 10X leapTune in on Substack, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen! What are you raising your human flag for in 2026? I’d love to know what resonated with you from this episode. What seeds are you planting? What are you letting go? How are you choosing to show up as a human this year? 2025 Lookback: How I Close a Year in Business
In this final episode of the year, I invited my support gal, Jenna Knapp onto the podcast to reflect on the wins, lessons, and surprises that happened within my company during 2025.Together, we look back on the year that didn’t quite turn out the way anyone thought it would.Of course I loved this year because it gave me the greatest gift, the birth of my daughter Sadie Aurora. But it also was full of surprises that illustrated again and again that things are changing and the old way of doing business is no longer working. In this episode we pull back the curtain as we celebrate all of the wins (a practice I always do with clients at the end of my containers), examine what worked, and identify what is ready to be composted for 2026 growth.Get cozy, grab some tea, and come sit with us as we take you behind the scenes of how I close a year in business. This episode is for you if —-You want a transparent, behind-the-scenes look at how I actually close a year in business-You know you should slow down and celebrate your wins, but you often rush straight into “what’s next” instead-You enjoy year-end reflection practices and want to follow along with meaningful prompts you can apply to your own life or business-2025 didn’t go the way you expected — and you’re still integrating the lessons before stepping into 2026-You’re holding both gratitude and exhaustion, pride and grief, and want permission for all of it to coexistTune in on Substack, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen! How did this episode resonate with you? I’d love to know what 2025 was like for you. What are you celebrating? What grew? What are you composting?Big Hugs,Emily This is a public episode. When the Urge to Quit Is Trying to Tell You Something
In this solo episode of Birthing the New, I share a guided somatic practice for those moments when you feel exasperated, depleted, or on the brink of giving up — particularly as an experienced business owner navigating a year that hasn’t unfolded the way you expected.Rather than rushing to burn everything down, this practice invites you to slow down, come into your body, and sit with the part of you that wants to quit — not to override her, but to listen. Often, this urge isn’t asking you to abandon your vision, but to release a way of showing up that is no longer sustainable. This episode is especially resonant as we close out a challenging year and stand on the edge of what’s next. This episode is for you if — You need to hear that the desire to quit is not inherently wrong — and can actually be a compass You know you’re in a “soil work” season of your business rather than a visible growth phaseDeep down you know you don’t actually want to quit, but you know something needs to changeTune in on Substack, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen! How did this episode resonate with you? The Wild + Free Birth of Sadie Aurora
This week on Birthing the New, I’m taking you inside the intimate, vulnerable, and deeply empowering story of my daughter Sadie Aurora’s free birth — and the ripple effects her birth has continued to create in my life since her arrival. This episode was originally recorded on my friend Dr. Cindy’s podcast, Rewire For Birth. Dr. Cindy Tahhan, ND is a naturopathic doctor and birth guardian, and there was no better place to share my wild and free birth story. In this episode I share the full arc of my free birth experience, including what shifted from my first birth, what I desired for this one, and the spiritual and emotional preparations that supported me. I always knew that I would share the birth story here as well, and I love that I get to share it in this interview format. Episode 26: The Somatics of Celebration
This week on Birthing the New, we’re closing out Season One with a powerful reminder: take time to celebrate. Why? Because celebration functions as both a mindset shift and a somatic reprogramming tool — especially for those of us who are building businesses and might not have others celebrating our achievements. I’ve been sharing about this in Made For More and EMPRESS a lot lately, and it is too good not to share it with you here on the podcast. Listen in as I celebrate my own wins and unpack the body-based belief that more clients or more success means more stress, and offer a paradigm-shifting reframe: what if more could mean more joy, more pleasure, and more freedom? This episode is for you if — -You’re used to skipping past your wins and diving straight back into the work-You want to rewire your nervous system to experience more joy, not just more hustle-You’ve been following along here for Season 1 and are eager to hear what’s nextTune in on Substack, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen! What are you celebrating? Episode 13: End Of Pregnancy Update
This week on Birthing the New I open up about the end of my pregnancy and how preparing for this second birth has been a very different experience than the first time I was pregnant. While releasing the Conception Stories episodes (Part 1 and Part 2 ) over the past few weeks — the number one question I’ve been getting is “How are you feeling?”And honestly, I’m feeling pretty great overall!I’ve been reflecting a lot on how I want this birth to go differently than my first 50 hour long arduous labor — while also surrendering and trusting that I’ll be able to handle any scenario. My client, Alex, recently shared her own redemptive birth story that inspired me to release expectations around how I want this birth to be different. And instead I’m leaning into the ways that I know it will be. Because I am different. This episode is for you if — -You appreciate hearing real life pregnancy and birth stories-You’re curious about the liminal space at the very end of pregnancy -You want to have (or have already had) a redemptive birth story of your ownTune in on Substack, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen!Tell us what surfaced for you in the comments on Substack! Full Moon In Libra Ritual
A full moon in Libra provides us with an opportunity to check in and assess the balances, or imbalances, within the areas of our life.Libra understands that balance is not a 50/50 split.
And since it’s the first new moon since the astrological new year, the New Moon in Aries is inviting you to reset within the reset. Aries is the sign that rules initiation, desire, and the courage to simply begin. For this ritual, you’ll need:-About 20 minutes in a quiet, private space-A journal and something to write with-A candle-Something red — a crystal, an object, or a red candle — to call in the energy of Aries and its ruler, MarsLight your candle. Set your red object beside it. Let this time be just for you.And let yourself want things. After you’ve sat with the ritual — how are you feeling? Take some time to reflect on what surfaced and let yourself continue to write for as long as it feels good.
