    In fitness & health I invest & live my life the same way as if I’d only have 6 months left

    It’s cheap to choose health over sickness, it’s important to realize group training and doing planks for years don’t mean you’re training your abs at all, form check of 50 lifts I coach is an investment in your body + wearing high heels isn’t my thing anymore even though I find it very sexy looking! All I choose is for me, not to impress someone else or look amazing for a partner.
