Dwight was a volunteer for the past 7 years and prior to volunteering, Dwight served 22 years in the Army National Guard, and later retiring as a Major. Dwight is survived by his wife of 55 years, along with their daughter. Dwight was always smiling, and willing to lend a helping hand. Dwight enjoyed NASCAR, college football, and attending Port Orange City Council Meetings.   Episode 21 focuses on the Port Orange VIPS program, which stands for Volunteer in Police Services, where we talk with Major Pat LaMountain and Lt. Mary Wittmeyer.  They each provide a little background about themselves, details about the VIPS program, what to do to become a VIP and more!
