The Power of You is a guide navigating to your next job. Each week career coach Win Sheffield delivers comprehensive, brief answers to your questions about the realities of the 21st Century job market. When all we want to do is restore the stability of a steady income, it is easy to overlook the subtleties of the job market. Even a when transition is relatively quick then there are often more productive and effective ways to approach the market. This podcast (microcast) is designed to remove unnecessary difficulties dealing with the job market. By providing insight into the ways we need to work and clarifying our role in the job market, we can make the whole process much more positive.
