The Probiotic Generation
by The Probiotic Generation
You are an ecosystem! The diversity of plants and animals provide resiliency to different ecosystems across the globe. Similarly, our human microbial ecosystem relies on us to support its diversity to maintain our health. Our body has trillions of microbes living in and on it. These microbes are collectively known as the microbiome. Our understanding and awareness of it is relatively new in the context of human health and medicine. But just like the diversity in nature that allows the ecosystems to thrive, the diversity in our microbiome allows our physical, mental, and emotional health to thrive.True health, prevention, and healing can be found when we realize the human body as an ecosystem. This is why we decided to create this podcast to help you understand the amazing role and universe of the microbiome and its effect on your health
