1991 was a whirlwind year for Status Quo. From the record-breaking "Rock Till You Drop" event—playing four UK gigs in under 12 hours—to the release of the studio album of the same name, the band was everywhere. The original album was recorded in October 1976 over three nights at the Glasgow Apollo. The finished product was constructed from the "best" performances. This set presents all three nights in their entirety, newly mixed and mastered from the original multitrack tapes. The album, released by EarMUSIC, is a collection of 17 demo recordings recorded in the 2000s.Many of the tracks went on to be included on Status Quo albums, including Heavy Traffic, The Party AIn't Over Yet, and In Search of the Fourth Chord. Some later found life on Rossi's second album, One Step at a Time, in 2010.
