Darby Allin was in it for a good time, not a long time, but his run as AEW World Champion was impactful and fun to watch nonetheless. Now that MJF is back in pole position, thriving in rarified company as a three-time World Champion by the age of 30, not only is a potential rematch with Daredevil Darby on the horizon, but “The Devil” must immediately turn his focus to Rush. Not to mention Jacob Briscoe, who also stepped up with a challenge this week in the aftermath of Double or Nothing. The PLE was rich with action, but there are many drama-filled questions in its wake. Can Will Ospreay really trust Jon Moxley and The Death Riders? What will come of his seemingly inevitable collision with Swerve Strickland in the Owen Hart Tournament?
