You're Allowed to Change Your Mind

Hi there! I've been doing a lot of unlearning lately. Unlearning all of these fake rules that we are taught through our childhood. All of the "you need to do it this way" or "act like this and you will be successful" kind of statements. There are a lot of ideals that are shoved down our throats the majority of our lives and I feel its so important to take a step back from everyone and everything and get real with yourself, figure out who you truly are and what it is that you really want out of this life. Thanks for taking the time to listen to me try to make sense of this chapter of my journey. We are in this together! xo

It’s Okay To Take A Break

Hi guys, I am sorry for the delay in posting. I recored this episode two weeks ago. The last two weeks have been a hell of a ride, I wasn't feeling great at all physically and mentally so I took the time off that I needed and I am happy to say that as I am posting this, I am feeling so much better. In this episode I talk about the benefits of taking time to TRULY rest. And when I say rest, I mean resting without feeling guilty or bad for it. You deserve to rest and take care of yourself, and take all the time you need. Thank you for all your support. Love y'all. (Also I am sorry for how many times I said “like” lol )

Knowing these things would've saved me a whole lot of stress and heartbreak. I made a list of 10 things I wish I could've told my teenage self and figured I would share it in hopes that it may help or resonate with you. If you have a younger sibling or friend who is struggling in their teenage years, share this with them! I hope it can help.
