Talent in the Trenches will MAKE OR BREAK CU Buffs' season
CB DJ McKinney and OL Jordan Seaton received preseason honors. McKinney was named to the preseason All-Big 12 team, and Seaton named preseason All-American (2nd team). Other players returning alongside McKinney in the Colorado secondary have familiarity and playmaking ability to slow down opposing passing attacks. Transfers on the offensive and defensive lines can make considerable impact in both running the ball and stopping the run. Colorado's run game is one of the biggest question marks heading into the season, but Coach Prime has done all he can to bolster the trenches.
