The Soft Life Era for Black Women Podcast Hosted By Peach Love

I am Peach and I would like to tell you a little about myself. I am from a very small town by the name of Lincolnton, Georgia. Being a true country girl, I climbed trees and made mud pies. My mom worked a lot so I spent a lot of time with my Grandmother. She is my heart and where I get my sweetness from. My Mom is where I get my free spirit from. I was actually raised off freedom, love, affection, and boundaries. Boundaries were good to have since I went to 4 different highschools, 3 of which where I did not know anyone. This prepared my for a small stint in college and later the military. I served 12 years in our U.S. Air Force. After 5 deployments, a year in South Korea, and 3 years in Hawaii, I have to say that I have a very diverse food palate. After separating from the survival lifestyle of the military, I learned more about incorporating ease and softness into my life. What this means to me, a life of softness and ease means not tolerating anything that causes a disrupted nervous
