Welcome to the support worker's voice, this is the first episode of a podcast that is focused solely on a voice for the support worker/carer/pa. Or those people who do a similar role, whether it be paid or unpaid. Over the coming months, I will be inviting guests on to chat about their experiences good and bad about working as a carer/support worker. But for the next couple of episodes, its just about me.
