We will be releasing an episode of around half an hour every other week, discussing real teenage life issues, such as societal validation, the importance of finding an inclusive friend group, and self-confidence... We aim to direct our podcast toward young teenage girls who feel confused about this new stage of life and hope to give them a bit more guidance so that they can lead their lives to the fullest. In this CAS experience, my goal is to develop and understand different mindsets on universal themes (friendship, romance, education, validation...) to be able to grow into a more open-minded and considerate young adult through exposure to other people's experiences, ranging from emotional journeys to physical and social explorations.
