Social media has, in its modern conception, been our form of communication for as long as we can remember. And it does not even seem that old. However, its overarching and omnipresent grasp leaves little for us to build an authentic self at times. While mental health is important, I wouldn't say that we should just disregard physical health. Whether it's working out or paying a visit to the doctor - there are many ways to improve yourself physically so that you can get comfortable in your skin. Encountering a closed mind is interesting because it leaves a lot of room for multiple ideologies to fester.
