WOW! This episode told us the backstory behind Trish’ssunset cocktail party and it was a doozy. Trish starts “reading” a mysterious book that motivates her to throw a party and serve one hell of a punch mix that will undoubtably make this party part of Widow’s Island lore. The storytelling was frantic and kept us wondering what was going to happen next from scene toscene. We also get our first death on the show which was unexpected. This episode also gave us Closure on the Roner story as we discover what really happened on Bravo team’s final mission. Jade takes the magic mushrooms in hopes the hallucinations will unlock the path to freedom. Julie uses the ruins to go back into the past in hopes of saving Jim but encounters someone else and Ethan finds the lake of tears which appears to contain a disturbing surprise. Things are getting pretty creepy in Widow’s Bay and Tomis starting to see AND feel it first hand, but is he still a skeptic? This episode was FULL of twists and surprises NO ONE sawcoming. While everyone in the comments were wondering about Kayce and Andrea, this question gets answered in the opening minutes of the episode. Dolly is also back in the picture to bake a cake? “Sophia” starts some drama at the diner by telling Julie her family is to blame for all the horrible things happening and also decides she wants to live with SARAH! Tabitha clearly hasn’t learned from her mistakes in season 3 so decides to leave her kids AGAIN but this time she left a note for Donna to watch over them. Ethan fills in Victor and Jade on his search for the river of tears which sends them on an adventure. There is never a dull moment on this show which leads to a lot to unpack. The new Apple TV series starring Mathew Rhys is a dark humor / horror show that instantly pulls you in and doesn’t’ let go. Tom Loftis (Mathew Rhys) is the new Mayor of Widow’s Bay which is an island off the coast of New England and according thelocals EXTREMLY HAUNTED! FROM IS BACK PEOPLE And life still sucks in fromville. In traditional form the show does a great job throwing more questions at us such as what’s the end game for the man in yellow aka Sophia? Is it just to torment the people from the inside? And how is he able to shapeshift AND walk around during the day? Julie (we think) has a doppelganger and I REFUSE to accept Jim is dead. Well, I think it’s safe to say Belle is the most interestingmember of this team. The main story for this episode revolves around an assassination attempt on a federal Judge and her shady husband. HOWEVER! It’s what Cal witnessed in the beginning of the episode which really delivered the suspense. Dolly Weaver stops by the ranch on her horse to put the moves on Kayce but thanks to her father Tom things go south instantly. After coming up empty with the RV Andrea and Belle do some more investigative work that leads to a shady mechanic and the Iron Sentinel biker gang. Belle goes undercover at an Iron Sentinel rally to find Brimstone who is providing the events “entertainment” and things go south quick. This episode introduced us to a new enemy of the Marshals, has us wondering what’s really going on with Belle’s gambling and giving us closure with Monica. And now its time for Tate to shine. While in Wyoming withKayce to sell the wild mustang that almost killed him Tate sees a classmate from the reservation named Haley who says she’s on a “road trip” with her boyfriend. Tate relays the encounter with Kayce who isn’t buying it. After sharing the info with the team, especially Miles, the team decide to work this case withoutthe initial approval of Cal who already has their next assignment. This episode breaks away from the main story with the Clegg family and threw us in a side story which instantly grabbed our attention. So jump in the comments and let’stalk Marshals!

SURPRISE! We just couldn’t move on from The Madison without giving our two cents about episodes 4 – 6. Lawerence loved the season, me, not so much. WHOA! We didn’t see that bartender twist coming. Kayce andCal get called to help the forest rangers find a downed Helicopter before a major storm arrives. We also find out the man Kayce shot is Randall Clegg’s son and he’s looking for payback and it sounds like Harry is willing to help due to his unexplained hatred for the Dutton family. Case closed! This episode moved like an express trainheading downtown. Every scene served a purpose to wrap up the main and side stories. Did it all make sense? Not really, mainly due to the timing of events but in the end, there were some surprises. Lance finally gets taken down but not likewe had hoped. Luz does a beautiful high dive off a dam and can someone tell me how the aunt who was just released from police custody and followed to the meet up with Luz obtained a gun? So, who blew up the highway? This episode introduced us to Randall Clegg (Michael Cudlitz) and it appears the Clegg family will be causing major problems for the Marshals. We also get a brief scene with Belle at the casino, but why? Kayce and blood brother Rainwater have a heart to heart that lets us know the two have developed a serious friendship.  This episode answered a few questions and introduced a fewmore. Keiko was unaware Cate and Kentaro had different mothers and confronts Hiroshi seeking the truth, we also find out (to no one’s surprise) that Keiko and Shaw have spent some “quality time” back in the day which explains so much of whatis taking place in the present. BERTO IS BACK! Along with Nana…and Maggie? Luz pulls off her most Dastardly assassin nation yet which shocks not only the others on screen but I’m sure all the viewers at home. Could something like this really happen or is it just Hollywood shenanigans? Cross and Kayla’s relationship appears to already be on the rocks and John’s bio-mom shows her true colors.  Ahhh, so Rip’s other favorite spot has a name. This episodelet us know that some events that took place in Yellowstone will not only be mentioned but also play a key part in the story development. Kayce’s first official day as a U.S Marshal was anything but boring. From the Trailor Park raid to stopping a big-time criminal transaction. I have to say, without any formal training (that we knowabout) Luz is one badass assassin. This episode moved fast with all the storylines. John and detective Vega find out who TK is and it’s NOT who we thought it was. El is finally walking away from the Cross family…or is she? And Kayla finds Felicia. There was a good amount of action in this episode but, just like last week there was a noticeable character missing and not mentioned ONCE. That being Cross’s newly adopted son Berto. And the Dutton family story continues. Kayce and Tate are running their ranch but when some fugitives find themselves in the Yellowstone hills Kayce’s Navy seal team lead turn Marshal asks for his help in tracking them down. This first episode gave us some backstory on new characters while providing a spotlight on key returning characters from the Yellowstone series. So, it felt new, yet familiar. IT’S TIME FOR KONG!!!! Season 2-episode 1 Cause and Effect started exactly where season 1 left off. With that said the debate is now do they go back for Shaw and if so, how? We see some important flashbacks of Keiko, Billy, and Shaw in Chilie which appears to setup the backstory for the monster the crew (excluding Billy) are dealing with in the present. Bobby Tray to the rescue? I’m sure no one saw that coming.This in our opinion has been the best episode of the season. The storytelling had a steady flow from scene to scene and there were no bedroom shenanigans which thus far have felt out of place and unnecessary. Well, this episode pretty much confirms Cross and Kayla arein a relationship. But what about El? John gets a lead in trying to solve the murder his mom is being framed for and Vigilante lucy / Rebecca spends quality time with Lincoln in the presidential suite. This episode threw a lot at us from all directions including Berto moving into Cross’s house right before he leaves again for Florida. So, what happens in Texas, stays in Texas? Well maybe forCross and Kayla. This episode was like a speeding car making Sharpe turns down narrow streets. Some parts progressed the main story while others had us wondering where does these actions fit in the overall world building of Cross. And the vigilantes strike again! The show hasn’t given us much info on the two but it’s clear what’s motivating them. Kayla is stressing out about operation: Bad Religion which leads to the worse zoom call ever. Unfortunately, she has no time to reflect on that call since her & Cross head off to Chi town and hunt down a potential suspect. It’s been almost 2 years since our favorite D.C. Detective AlexCross took down Ed Ramsey AKA The Fanboy Killer and it appears things have been quiet until billionaire lance Durand (Matthew Lillard) informs the FBI someone is trying to kill him. The Feds assign agent Kayla Craig and request Metro PD’s finest Detective Cross assist with the investigation. Meanwhile there are 2 vigilantes hunting down the worst of the worst. Now THAT WAS A SEASON FINALE! People, open a group chat and spread the word that they need to watch Spartacus: House of Ashur or at least watch this OUT-OF-CONTROL season finale episode. Achillia has an epic fight for the ages with a death that will have people talking for years to come. The show pulls the ultimate twist ending that WILL ALSO have fans talking because unless you paid close attention I can see many forgetting what Spartacus: House of Ashur really is. There is a fight on the New Vegas strip which can only meanone thing. TIME TO PLACE YOUR BETS! WOW the people of free side have no shame as Maximus is trying to save everyone’s lives from the horde of Deathclaws. House agrees to take the Ghoul to his wife & daughter’s cryo chambers and Lucy needs to make a tough decision regarding the future of her father. This finale answered some questions while also introducing new ones such as what is Phase 2? Well, we know this along with others will be addressed in season 3. Tarchon may have lost his father but not his dislike for Achillia. Pompey arrives in town to meet with the Senator and has a cringey discussion about the marriage to his daughter. Meanwhile Caesar presents an offer to Ashur in which refusal is not an option. The show is heating as it heads into the season finale. Maximus vs Deathclaws…FIGHT! This was a solid episode on allfronts. Chet finds Woody’s glasses and does the ultimate wedding rejection at the altar. The Ghoul offers a trade for the cold fusion which Maximus couldn’t refuse and Lucy makes an unexpected discovery in the basement. FATHER NOOOO!!!, well that wasn’t said by Tarchon (who wecalled Quintus) but we know he was thinking it. This was a wild episode that progressed all the storylines. We now knw the future of the senator’s daughter determined, Hilara (Red) officially knowing her place in Ashur’s eyes and Satyrus (Mini me) proving he doesn’t need his brothers to win on the sands. The Ghoul is like a cat with nine lives. While no one in free side cares to help him an unexpected super mutant shows up to unimpale him and present an interesting offer. Thaddeus and Maximus are trying to figure out what to do with the relic and Lucy is seeing exactly what her father has been up too in New Vegas. In this week’s episode titled “The Wrangler” we receive someinteresting info about Robert House from the man himself. Did Hank finally perfect the controlling device which has been failing miserably or did he just find the right subject? Meanwhile Norman and friends make it to Vault Tec HQ and the Ghoulreceives an offer he can’t refuse. While the episode progressed the main story the overall show feels a bit cluttered with the multiple side stories. If there is one thing we’ve learned about Landman it is to expect the unexpected. And the unexpected is what we received on multiple fronts. From Cami and Tommy to Ariana and cooper in the back alley. We knew as the season came to an end that something was going to shake things up but the events in this episode pretty much changed the entire show. Achillia lives!!! And is ready to FIGHT!...well not quite. Korris is enraged with grief over the murder of Opiter and is looking for instant revenge. Ashur still wants Opiter’s estate which is being auctioned but is going to need Cornelia’s help financially to pull it off. This episode had a few unexpected plot twists and fantastic fights scenes, especially the Korris vs EVERYONE at the end. Ashur is THRILLED Achillia is now the champion..but at whatcost? Korris starts thinking and planning a life outside the House of Ashur. Meanwhile Cornelia is turning out to be the house guest from hell. There was plenty of story progression going on in between the gladiators sparring matches to see who is the interim champion until Achillia recovers. There is a lot happening on multiple fronts this season and especially in this episode. Cooper (The Ghoul) gets up close with a Deathclaw TWICE! Lucy gets hooked on Buffout which improves the character in my opinion, Stephaine the overseer is now going by the name Harper and Maximus is officially on therun from the Brotherhood of Steel. And let the off-shore drilling begin!. Charlie’s 10% chanceof hitting gas sounds great only to Cami. Cooper is made project manager of Kings crew and Tommy hires hot lips to be TL’s physical therapist. OH! and Angela hits it big at the casino. We hope Lucy is starting to understand that saying “I’m nice” doesn’t grant her the same pleasantries from those she encounters. The Legion lead by the Kizer (Macaulay Culkin) are dealing with their own internal conflict and find no need for her. Meanwhile the Ghoul is looking for the NCR in hopes they can help him rescue Lucy. OH! and Maximus, well maximus really pooped the bed in this episode. This was definitely a relationship building episode ofLandman. Rebecca and “Charlie” open up more about who they are and it appears this is turning into a real relationship. TL has a heart-to-heart moment with Tommy and tries to point out he’s living a blessed like with Angela and the kids and should appreciate what he has. So, Mike hugs Kyle and said “it’s all over.” Could this really be the end? If so than the season 4 finale did not disappoint. We saw the end of a long running feud with Merle and Mike. The Columbian situation is still on going and we don’t know the full extent of the damage done to Bunny’s crew in the prison. The one big surprise is the lack of casualties during thediner shoot out. And its FIGHT NIGHT! Julius Caesar throws a party, disrespectsAshur by having relations with Red in front of him and all the other houses laugh when introduced to Achillia. BUT man-oh-man the laughter quickly turned into shock and awe during the fight as Achillia shows why she is the GODDESS OF DEATH! (throw up the horns). Welcome to the fallout version of The Wizard of OZ. Lucy,Ghoul and Dog Meat are off to New Vegas but surprise, surprise there are unexpected encounters along the way. Lucy wants to help someone in need which only leads to more trouble. Maximus is a new man this season and he’s showingus his darker side. TL joins Tommy on his work trip which provides more backstory in TL’s marriage and why he doesn’t want Tommy wasting valuable time with Angela. Nothing sucks more than having an uninvited guest alsoannounce they are throwing a party at your house, at your expense. Ashur finds himself in a touch spot but knows it needs to be done. Korris proves that he’s as tough as they come after the attack from yuck mouth and friends.
