Not in the Case File? Doesn't Exist.
This podcast episode incorporates the National Agreement language with the maxim, "quod non est in actis non est in mundo." Literally, it means that what is not in the case file does not exist in the world. That is for the purposes of adjudicating issues in the legal world. Keeping this concept in mind, it helps to always ask ourselves, as stewards, whether we are showing what we are arguing, and whether we are arguing what we are showing. Enjoy!
