    Frosty 5 Mile 2013

Fuzzy is joined by special guests Zach Freeman and Antonio Garcia as the three of them undertake to run three races in one day, to total a half-marathon. Sorry about the sound quality: we recorded this in a car driving down the highway. This is the third of three podcasts we recorded that day, recorded just after we finished the last race: the Channahon Park District's Frosty 5 Mile, held in Channahon, Illinois.

  7. 15

    Frozen Five 2013

Fuzzy is joined by special guests Zach Freeman and Antonio Garcia as the three of them undertake to run three races in one day, to total a half-marathon. Sorry about the sound quality: we recorded this in a car racing down the highway while sleet poured down. This is the second of three podcasts we recorded that day, recorded just after we finished the second race: the Muddy Monk's Frozen Five, held in Poplar Creek Forest Preserve, Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The race was a 5.3 mile trail run (the course was lengthened because the original 5 mile route was determined to be unsafe from the weather).
