"The W.O.R.L.D." is a virtual reality program designed as an alternative way to live your life, albeit virtually. You can experience just about everything virtually and the majority of business is now performed on the global network. A large portion of the world's population log in daily which has lead to a recent rise of hacking and virtual crime. That's where "The Mods" come in. The Mods are a group of specially trained soldiers that protect The World. The story of The W.O.R.L.D. revolves around two specific Mods, Dante and Cliff. We follow Dante and Cliff as they are pulled into a dangerous and crazy adventure as they try to unravel the mysterious of a new and mysterious hacking group and try to find the truth behind the rumor of a new virus that is said to not only effect the avatar of the users but also leave them brain dead in the real world.
