Ballet dancer turned personal trainer turned one of the most followed fitness writers on the internet. 250K followers on X. 41K Substack subscribers. A decade of building an audience from zero with no backing, no connections, and no plan. Then one day he looked at a tub of creatine and asked a simple question: why don't we make this in America? What he found changed everything.Creatine is only manufactured in two places on earth... China and Germany. China controls 90% of global supply. The United States has been 100% import dependent since the 1990s when American producers were wiped out by Chinese dumping at 120-150% below fair value. It's a civilization story. In December 2025, AJAC posted a call to action on X. 40 people showed up in Austin. A company was formed Athanor Inc. Episode 47: Duke Law to $1.6B in Deals: Eric Pacifici (SMB Law Group) on M&A, AI, and Life
Eric Pacifici has done $1.6 billion in lower middle market M&A deals since 2022, making SMB Law Group one of the top deal firms in the country by volume. He's worked at elite law firms like Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, handling high-stakes transactions for clients such as Amazon. He's been selected five times as a "Rising Star" (2020, 2022–2025) by Super Lawyers for M&A, named "Ones to Watch" (2023-2025) by The Best Lawyers in America, and recognized in the 40 Under 40 by The Orlando Business Journal in 2024. He graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2015 and has over 150k followers on X.In this conversation, Eric broke down the $70 trillion wealth transfer happening from baby boomers to millennials and why it's not as easy as the internet makes it seem. We pulled back the curtain on what actually happens when you buy a small business: the J-curve, managing skeptical employees, navigating stakeholder politics, and why AI can't replace the human element of running a business. We talked about how he built SMB Law Group by actually listening to what clients wanted instead of pushing a product nobody needs, the realities of entrepreneurship through acquisition that nobody talks about, why certain niches will absolutely cook you if you're not the right fit, and some wild stories from the field (including one about a crew member that you won't believe).Eric also got real about his journey from a 2.5 high school GPA to Duke Law to Kirkland & Ellis and the life philosophy that's carried him through it all: "You have to wake up every day with unshakable confidence that everything's going to work out, but you have to get the f*ck after it."This is a masterclass on M&A, small business acquisition, and life.Find Eric: X @SMB_Attorney

Episode 46: Rajat Soni, CFA (135K Followers): How to Retire Decades Earlier with Bitcoin (Without Ever Selling)
Look, I'm going to be real with you.If you're still keeping all your money in a savings account or thinking the S&P 500 is going to get you to retirement on time, you need to hear this conversation.I sat down with Rajat Soni, a CFA (135,000 followers on X) who keeps having John Wick sent after him by the CFA Institute for saying Bitcoin is going to $1M, $10M, and eventually $100M. And honestly? After this conversation, I get why he's so convicted. We broke down the math on how $500/month into Bitcoin for 30 years could get you to $8.5M. We talked about why you don't actually have to wait 30 years to recognize that wealth. And we went deep on the strategy wealthy people have been using forever: buy assets, borrow against them, never sell. This isn't about getting rich quick! This is about understanding how the game actually works and why Bitcoin might be an asset that can't be debased, inflated, or confiscated. If you're someone trying to figure out how to hit $3-5M for retirement without working until you're 70, this is for you.No fluff. No guru BS. Just the real conversation about building generational wealth.Drop a comment and let me know what you think. Episode 41: Build a Supercomputer Brain (1 of 200 Memory Grandmaster) | Ed Cooke
When most people hear "Grandmaster," they think of Magnus Carlsen dominating chess. But grand mastery can be achieved in other fields too. With the human brain, memory is one of the most foundational elements to knowledge and information. In 2026, there are roughly only 200 grandmasters of memory. This elite title is awarded by the World Memory Sports Council to those who demonstrate extraordinary feats of recall under mortal kombat like competition conditions. To achieve this, one must enter the Hunger Games of memory and memorize 1,000 numbers within an hour, remember the order of 10 decks of playing cards (i.e., the sequence of 520 randomly shuffled cards) in another hour, then commit 52 cards to memory in two minutes. Ed is one of those 200 people. If that's not enough, Ed is one of the OGs from Tim Ferriss's book Tools of Titans. In this one, we tap into Ed's brain and figure out the cheat codes to unlocking our supercomputer brain and how it applies to business and life. I had some stuff click after this one, and I know you'll enjoy it too.
