Shep and Jamaal chat with Sara Bondioli, President of the DC Home Brewers. Sara talks about the ins and outs of home brewing and her thoughts on the DC beer scene. While she's a journalist by day, Sara explains how she finds time to home brew and get involved in the beer scene.

In this episode, Shep and Jamaal link up with Lizzie Palumbo to talk about the early days of one DC's first breweries, DC Brau. Lizzie takes us through a typical day as Tasting Room Manager, talks about her love for working in the service industry and what it was like working in a strip club (not as a stripper). Lizzie also takes the time to break down Initiative 77, a new DC law affecting the service industry.

Shep and Jamaal travel to Baltimore to speak with Yasmin Karimian, co owner of Suspended Brewing Co, a fairly new brewery in Baltimore's Pig Town neighborhood. Yasmin speaks about her passion for Baltimore, the restless nights of a brewery owner and states her claim as a proud member of the "BeyHive".

Shep and Jamaal return with a very informative and insightful conversation with holistic lymphatic drainage specialist and family friend Camille Jackson Jones. In this family day episode, Camille talks about how she helps people understand their bodies better, why our healthcare system is flawed and how she was introduced to beer.
