    #1 How your health is like a balance scale

    So many people use excuses like "My parents did this and they lived very long lives" or "I ate a lot of this as a child and I turned out OK". It seems to me they assume if it is not certain that something which is unhealthy WILL have damaging health consequences, they are completely safe from the risk factors. This reasoning is wrong and potentially dangerous, in this episode I explain why.
