This podcast tells the stories of people in Ireland endeavouring to make a positive impact through design and creativity. I hope their stories not only illustrate how to design a career aligned to the changes we want to make in the world but inspire the next generation of professionals from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds, to view their careers through the lens of design.This podcast seeks to answer questions centred on how we can make Ireland a better place to live. A place of social inclusion, flourishing and wellbeing, strong communities and sustainable economic activity. A place with enriching experiences to be found for all kinds of people. A place of hope and optimism.And importantly, a place where our young people from all backgrounds can flourish. A place where they want to be; where they feel their hopes and dreams are valid and importantly, can be turned into reality.I was one of those young people who left Ireland for a better life.
