The Liars are excited for prom, so they decide to take the offensive and figure out who A’s helper is with some sleuthing. But nothing is as offensive to Aria is the insinuation that her boyfriend, Noel Kahn, might be behind their torment. Hanna returns to the plastic surgery clinic, and not because she’s insecure, while Emily tries to not fall prey to yet another troubled girl. And Spencer risks more than ransomware when contacting a conspiracy blogger. Will the girls get the crown, or just a tin foil hat and hand cuffs?

Ahoy there! Spencer checks out reefs and Reefer, Aria’s new boy-friend is hanging on like a barnacle, while Emily’s love interest is on the lam.  Hanna decides to let the warm Caribbean water wash her secrets clean with a surprising friend.

This episode, Aria discovers that keeping secrets can be a drag. Emily lives out the plot of a lifetime movie, and Spencer's D.A.R.E. program goes awry. Hanna stalks her was to a spot as A-in-training.

It's the end of our first arc, and the girls get to the bottom of things just in time. After Hanna's accident, it seems like A is looking for the next girl's body to rock. Can they get NSYNC and figure out who A is before it's too late? Or will we be left singing Cry Me A River after all?

The Oscar for worst BFF goes to Mona this week as she snubs Hanna, who turns to cat lover Lucas for a shoulder to cry on. Aria greatly misunderstands her English assignment despite spending so much time in office hours with Professor Pedro. Meanwhile Emily considers conversion therapy and Spencer hopes Melissa’s economics know-how will trickle down to her before the Golden Orchid awards.
