Happy 2022 everyone! First episode of the year had to start off with a bang introducing a new segment we will start doing! Overall, 2021 was a fine year. Not great, not bad, just fine. Today we recap some highlights of 2021 and then talk about how to create realistic goals to go into the new year with.
