In Exodus 12:33–40, the children of Israel were under intense pressure, but that pressure was not there to destroy them. It was the very thing God used to move them out of bondage and into freedom. What felt overwhelming was really the hand of God making sure they did not stay where they no longer belonged.

Have you noticed how pressure doesn’t just test you—it reveals you? When the heat turns up, you don’t always rise to your potential… you usually drop to what you truly practice. Pressure has a way of speeding up what we’ve been delaying, exposing what we’ve been avoiding, and forcing us to choose what we really believe.

In Exodus 12, the children of Israel are still in Egypt. They are still under bondage. They are still living under the weight of oppression. But in the middle of all that pressure, God does not tell them to panic — He tells them to prepare. Get the lamb ready. Apply the blood. Remove the leaven. Get your clothes on. Keep your shoes on your feet. Put your staff in your hand. In other words, when pressure rises, readiness matters.

What happens to you when the pressure hits?I’m talking about that pressure that shows up uninvited—when bills stack up, relationships get tense, deadlines close in, health gets uncertain, and life feels like it’s squeezing you from every direction.Here’s the truth: pressure doesn’t just hurt—it reveals.

Have you ever noticed how pressure doesn’t create what’s in you—it reveals what’s in you? Some of the biggest breakthroughs in your life won’t happen in comfort… they happen when God starts tightening what you thought was loose and exposing what you thought was covered.

I want to remind you that sometimes the greatest message in a text isn’t just what God does—it’s how He does it. What do you do when God has proven He is speaking—and your heart is still tempted to stay the same? Well, lets find out.

There are seasons when God steps into your story—not to pull you out of a situation immediately, but to draw a line between you and what’s trying to hold you captive. That line shows up as protection, distinction, and divine separation. In Exodus 8, Egypt is drowning in plagues, but God marks His people in Goshen and says, “This far and no further.”

Sometimes God doesn’t just give you a word—He turns you into the word. In Exodus Chapter 7, we see Moses transformed from a hesitant servant into God’s living message before Pharaoh. His life, his obedience, and even his staff became signs of divine authority.

In today's lesson, we look at Exodus Chapter 6, where God reminds Moses that His promises still stand, even when life feels unbearable. Maybe you’ve been there — when the dream God gave you seems delayed, and every door feels closed. Yet, just like Moses and the Israelites, God is saying, “Now you will see what I will do.”

In Exodus Chapter 5, Moses does exactly what God told him to do — he confronts Pharaoh, speaks the word of the Lord, and instead of freedom, the people face more oppression. It’s a hard truth, but sometimes obedience brings opposition.

In Exodus chapter 4, Moses stands before God full of doubt, insecurity, and excuses. He doesn’t feel qualified. He doesn’t feel ready. He’s questioning everything — including himself. And maybe that’s where you are right now.You’ve got dreams that seem too big, assignments that feel beyond your ability, and a calling that makes you want to hide instead of step forward. But here’s the truth: God never asked Moses for perfection — He just asked for what was already in his hand.

Today, we're exploring Genesis 3 — the moment when the serpent tricked Eve. We'll uncover how the enemy disguises lies as treats, how sin appeals to our senses before it attacks our souls, and most importantly, how Jesus unmasked the greatest deception of all time.
