The YFA show is my living memoir. I will reflect on my career in the media, my years as a TV host of The Yvonne Forston Show, what's changed over the last 50 years, and important lessons I've learned along the way. I'll also explore all of the topics people find uncomfortable such as racism, sexism, escapism, power dynamics, and other cultural/social issues. The show will also open up to other's experiences through one-on-one interviews with friends and colleagues.

    Andy's back with his take on a serious subject. With recent news of Miami Dolphin's quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa's, sustaining his third concussion -- is the risk worth the long-term consequences? According to the NFL, the number of concussions in the 2023 season "remained steady" compared to 2022.
