The veil of kindness, Jesus and freedom masks some of the ugliest social constructions our society has ever seen.On this, the final episode with Mr. Tin Foil, his mask comes off and we are able to see his hatred and discontent for those he thinks less of clearly. His humanity and the sexual abuse he endured as a child doesn't save him. His father's lack of emotional availability doesn't save him. His family wealth, his desire to walk the path of Jesus, his age all do not save him.Over the course of this 3 part series, Double J(C) has proclaimed his humanity in efforts that you, the listeners, will hear his pain and excuse the pain he inflicts on others (which he wisely hides on this platform). However, his actions in the workplace became the center of an EEOC investigation focused on racism, creating a toxic work environment and retaliation against a whistle blower that held him accountable for his action. On this episode I dive deeper into the relationships that pushed me out of Ingram Micro, how Cheryl Rang posed as a friend and ally and how Lou Brunetto's lack of technical intellect within the product portfolio caused my job to be threatened. I discuss this from the point of view of Django Unchained characters and bring to light how racial alliances out weighed Ingram Micro's business goals. It was more important for the powers and friendships to remain intact than to create a multi hundred million dollar business platform of for internal and external partners to reap the rewards from for the next several years. On this episode, I walk listeners through how I was going to solve the problem of losing 75 Million in annual business while gaining new partners and customers through Edge Computing. I also discuss the desires of Ingram Micro to utilize my strategy of marrying Edge Computing and the Internet of Things Department in order to grow sales, but how internal Ingram employee relationships with internal Lenovo employees got in the way of progress and my personal success. It was more important to individuals in both organizations to remain as the faces of change than to actually move the business forward.

Jathan Blackburn: A Cape-less Hero
On this episode, I speak with Jathan Blackburn, a blue collar employee in healthcare and learn about his compassion for his community. He, along with a few other, started an organization called The Sock Coalition, dedicated to providing homeless citizens of Winston-Salem with new, clean goods and foods to help ease their daily struggle. Before starting this venture though, he had to endure the stigma of being thought of as the brute of behavioral health, coerced into creating larger budgets for his healthcare company by over serving and drugging patients in need of compassion.
