In this episode (14), I read to you the dedications for which this book was written. I also acknowledge my friends and loved ones that contributed to helping me become me. Lastly, I pay tribute to the ones that have passed away before I was able to write this book. This is my way of saying thanks and showing appreciation to all of those that contributed to my growth as a parent, coach, and human being. Hopefully you receive the heartfelt message in the way it was intended.

Most coaches think that players are lazy. In fact, most parents would admit that their child is lazy. However, most players think that they work extremely hard and that the only reason they are not playing to their greatest potential is because their coach has favorites.
