    Self assurance

Her Diary| Episode 12The Master of the Broken StringsDuring a solo performance, a musician’s violin string snapped, followed quickly by a second. Instead of stopping, he adjusted his fingers and composed a hauntingly beautiful melody using only the two remaining strings. The audience gave him a standing ovation—not for a perfect performance, but for his ability to finish the concert with a "broken" instrument. This reminds us that true motivation isn't about waiting for a life without problems; it’s about the skill to keep playing when things break. Your resources may fade and your plans may fail, but your music doesn't have to stop. Success belongs to those who don't wait for a new string, but instead have the courage to change the tune and create beauty with what they have left.If you like this segment, please like, comment, and share.Signing off,TK#HerDiary #quotestagram #thevaPodcast #GrowthMindset #TrichyWriter

The Rose and the Divine Garland |Her Diary| Episode 11

Her Diary | Episode 11The Rose and the Divine GarlandIn a vibrant garden, a beautiful rose grew alongside many other blossoms, watching every day as a young girl plucked the other flowers to wear in her hair. The rose began to feel neglected and "lesser," comparing its petals to others and wondering why it was never chosen for such a simple honor. One day, the girl finally plucked the rose, but instead of placing it in her hair, she handed it to a stranger. Confused and heartbroken, the rose soon found itself in a room filled with hundreds of other roses. It was only then that the rose understood its true destiny: a garland maker wove them all together into a magnificent offering to be placed upon the Divine. This reminds us that when we feel overlooked or "not enough," it is often because the universe is saving us for a purpose far greater than we could ever imagine. You might be wishing for something small, like being a flower in someone's hair, but you are being reserved to become part of something sacred. Trust the redirection; you are not being ignored, you are being elevated. If you like this segment, please like, comment, and share.Signing off,TK#HerDiary #ThevaKirubaPodcast #DivinePurpose #GrowthMindset #HigherCalling

    Golden season

The Season of the Golden ChangeIn the fading light of autumn, a tree begins to shed its leaves, standing bare and silent against the cooling wind. To an outsider, it looks like a loss, as if the tree is becoming empty and stripped of its glory. But in life, autumn is not about dying; it is about the courage to let go of the old to protect the life within. Just as the seasons inevitably turn, your current "empty" phase is simply nature’s way of clearing space. Soon, the cycle will shift again, and those bare branches will return stronger, heavy with vibrant new leaves, fragrant flowers, and a rich harvest of fruit. Trust the timing of your life; your shedding is just the preparation for a magnificent new bloom. If you like this segment, please like, comment, and share.Signing off,TKHashtags for Your Podcast#HerDiary #ThevaKirubaPodcast #LifeSeasons #GrowthMindset #AuthorLife #StayRooted #MotivationMonday #TrichyWriters #InnerStrength #BloomWhereYouAre #PodcastIndia #WriterCommunity

    The Bridge

Her Diary| Episode 9The Art of Building Bridges A stonemason toiled for months, placing just two heavy stones daily across a deep canyon. A passerby mocked his slow progress, suggesting wooden planks for a quicker finish. The mason replied, "A plank serves one, but a stone bridge serves many; I'm building for endurance, not haste." The traveler's planks soon gave way, stranding him, while the mason's bridge stood firm. Like Trichy's enduring Karikala Cholan's Kallanai bridge. This story teaches us to prioritize depth over speed in our pursuits. True success lies in building strong foundations, not taking shortcuts. If you enjoy this, please like, comment, and share. Echo of the Well

Her Diary| Episode 8| video podcast The Echo of the Well A traveler once stood before an ancient well, desperate to hear the "perfect" echo. He whispered, "I will be great," but the well remained silent. Frustrated, he shouted, "Why won't you answer me?" but still, there was no reply. An elder passing by noticed his anger and said, "The well isn't broken; it is simply waiting. An echo does not start the conversation; it only returns what you give it with enough force." The traveler realized he had been whispering his dreams but shouting his frustrations. He took a deep breath and yelled with all his heart, "I am working!" and finally, the well roared the words back to him. This reminds us that life and success are like that well—they don't give you a result just because you want one; they reflect the energy and effort you actually put in. Don't be discouraged by the silence; just keep working until the world has no choice but to echo your success back to you.If you like this segment, please like, comment, and share.Signing off,TK#thevapodcast #quotestagram #lifecoach #motivation

    Start from Zero

Her Diary | Episode 7The Broken Pen A writer almost abandoned a breakthrough chapter when her favorite fountain pen ran dry. She rejected every other pen for feeling "wrong" until she found a small, bitten-down pencil in the back of a drawer. Though it lacked elegance and status, the moment she began to write, her words flowed effortlessly. This reminds us that we often hide behind the excuse of needing "perfect" equipment—the best laptop, the finest microphone, or the ideal office. In reality, your talent isn't in the tool; it’s in your hand. A masterpiece written with a pencil is still a masterpiece, so stop waiting for the perfect setup and start with what you have right now."Everything starts at Zero" If you like this segment, please like, comment, and share.Signing off,TK#motivation #lifecoach #quotestagram #tamil #trichy

    The Elephant and the rope

Her Diary| S5 The Elephant and the RopeA man was passing a camp of elephants when he suddenly stopped, confused. He saw that these massive creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to one of their front legs. There were no chains, no cages, and no heavy fences. It was obvious that the elephants could easily break the rope at any time, but for some reason, they didn't. He asked the trainer nearby why these beautiful, powerful animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away."Well," the trainer said, "when they are very young and much smaller, we use the same size rope to tie them. At that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break it. They think the rope can still hold them, so they never even try."The Lesson: Break the Mental ChainsLike the elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto a belief that we cannot do something simply because we failed at it once before? Or because someone told us we weren't good enough when we were young?Past vs. Present: Your past failures do not define your current strength. You are much more powerful today than you were when you first "failed."Conditioned Limits: Most of our limits are not physical; they are mental. We stay where we are because we believe we are stuck. The Power of Trying: The only way to know your true strength is to try to break the rope. You might be surprised at how easily it snaps.Don't let the "ropes" of your past keep you from the freedom of your future. Your potential is limitless—you just have to decide to move.If you like this segment, like, comment, and share.Signing off,TK

    The eagle and the strom

Her Diary| Day 4 | Short story 4The Eagle and the StormDid you know that an eagle is the only bird that gets excited when a storm approaches? While other birds fly away in fear or hide in the branches of trees, the eagle stays still. As the storm hits, the eagle doesn't try to escape the wind. Instead, it sets its wings in a specific way so that the powerful gusts lift it above the clouds. While the storm rages below, the eagle is soaring in the bright, calm sunshine above. The eagle doesn't escape the storm; it simply uses the storm to lift itself higher.Don't pray for fewer storms; pray for the strength of an eagle’s wings. If you like this segment, please like, comment, and share!Signing off,TK#kuttystory #motivation #thevakirubastories #quotestagram

    Do it today

Day 3 | Her Diary | video podcast | Short story 3Hello everyone, I'm Theva Kiruba. Welcome to today's 'Her Diary' segment. I have a small story to share with you. Two friends were given equal plots of land and enough bricks to build a house. The first friend started immediately. He kept working without taking any rest, regardless of whether it was raining, sunny, or if he was struggling. He simply didn't take a break. Others watching him would say, 'Why don't you do it tomorrow? Take a rest today. You can do it tomorrow or the day after. You have plenty of time.' But he didn't let that bother him. He kept his head down, focused entirely on the work he had started, and kept moving forward at his own pace. One year passed, and he completed the house. Once it was finished, he moved right in. The second friend, however, decided to wait for the 'perfect day.' He told himself, 'I’ll start when the weather is cooler,' or 'I'll start when I have more energy so I can lay one hundred bricks at once.' He spent his days planning how magnificent his house would be, but he never picked up a single brick. A year later, a massive storm was forecasted. The first friend was safe inside his finished, sturdy house. The second friend stood on his empty plot of land, surrounded by a pile of bricks that were now sinking into the mud. The lesson here is: Stop procrastinating. If you keep putting things off, small tasks will eventually grow into huge obstacles, like a giant rock blocking your path. Recently, I read a fantastic book. If you have some time, I highly recommend reading it. I’ll quote a famous line from it—if you can guess the name of the book, let me know in the comments! The quote is: 'If you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest one first.' Now, this doesn't literally mean eating frogs! It means that if you have two tasks to do, choose the difficult one first. Once the hard part is over, the other task won't feel like a burden at all. So, stop procrastinating and start working today! The silent growth: Lessons from the bamboo

Day 2 | Her diary| Video podcast| short story 2The Silent Growth: Lessons from the BambooImagine a man who plants a bamboo seed and waters it faithfully every single day for five years. To any outsider, it looks like he is tending to empty land. The criticisms pour in; people call him foolish and tell him he is wasting his time. But he remains unbothered, focused only on his duty and his belief. Then, in the fifth year, the miracle happens: in just six weeks, the bamboo shoots up to 90 feet tall. The very people who mocked him now stand in awe of its height. Our lives and careers are no different. When you are working toward a passion or a goal, you will face a thousand negative comments. If that man had let those insults get into his head and missed even one day of watering, the bamboo would have died in the ground. The lesson is two-fold: Consistency: Your hard work is currently building a root system that no one can see.Patience: Success isn't just about the "90-feet" moment; it’s about the five years of quiet discipline that made it possible.Don't let the noise of the world stop you from watering your dreams. Do your work correctly, stay patient, and your growth will eventually speak for itself. If you like this segment, please like, comment, and share!Signing off, TK#thevapodcast #motivation #shortstory

    Desert Garden

Her Diary | video podcast| Day 1 | Short story 1The Desert Gardener: A Story of PersistenceA man once attempted to plant seeds in the middle of a barren desert. Every day, he tirelessly watered the ground, even when there was no sign of life. People watching him thought he was insane, but he remained unbothered, fueled by his own belief. He stayed consistent and continued his work without fail. Then, after a heavy rain, the entire village rushed to the site, only to find that a beautiful garden had finally bloomed. This story teaches us that success requires immense hard work and consistency; it never happens in a single day. I often tell my students to look at the Eiffel Tower as an example—it took years of labor and patience to build such a masterpiece. Success takes time, and patience is the key. Please like, comment, and share!#herdiary #thevapodcast #d1 #s1
