Assessment notices will arrive in mailboxes soon, so this is a great opportunity to understand how the process works. Check it out and let us know what you think! Property owners can contact the Real Estate Assessments office to discuss their property with the assessor assigned to it. A change in assessment may be possible if the data is incorrect.
