Wow, where to start this week. Kanye’s video featuring fake nude celebs is both the most talked about and most difficult to find video of the week (it’s exclusive to Tidal). Doug had a rap verse in an OMG song produced by Benny Blanco, Adam A is actively boycotting the show and he refuses to tell us why. Doug dropped a Burdines reference like it’s 1997. Vine is letting the cool kids make 140 second videos. Joe Stakun directed one of the funniest videos we’ve ever seen for AJJ. Adam F? Adam F is good, thanks for asking.

This week? We’re talking about Dads. Are they part of a generation that skipped by music videos altogether? Doug showed his Dad and Paul McCartney video and his Dad loved it, so there’s that. But there are more questions than answers here as we did deeper. Why did Celine Dion look like she was in her mid 40s in 1996, when she was 28? Do Mom’s care if they’re cool? What is Dad rock? Plus, we’re talking new videos from Major Lazer (Rupert Burton), Cheerleader (Josh Forbes), and Red Hot Chili Peppers (Olivia Wilde).

This week there are some things you should know. Doug wants you to know what even though he is an avowed Lil Dicky hater, the serious music video Lil Dicky released this week has warmed his heart. Justin Bieber wants you to know his tour was cool, thanks for asking. Selena Gomez wants you to know you should kill ‘em with kindness. Adam Alexander wants you know that Canada’s Wonderland used to be owned by Paramount. Adam F just wants you to be happy.

The music video podcast boys are back after a brief hiatus, and they are joined by music video director emeritus Nicolas Heller to talk about Kanye West’s finances, whether Fleur & Manu is really Doug and Nicolas, what “THat Part” means, and much more.

It’s been a rough week. PT Anderson made another music video featuring someone walking (this time, it’s Radiohead’s own Thom Yorke). Meghan Trainor had to literally revoke a music video to undo some body alterations. Doug ordered Chick-fil-a on postmates and had to pay for $15 worth of honey mustard he didn’t want. But there is a light at the end of the music video tunnel. We got an awesome video for “Panda.” We got an interesting video from M. Night Shyamalan. We got a good Radiohead video. Doug got a good tweet out of the Chick-fil-a incident. Join us as we pick up the pieces.

Grab some popcorn (and maybe whatever Jay Z was drinking in the “Drunk in Love” video) because Beyonce released pretty much what amounts to a feature film to go along with her new album. Doug and Adam break it down, including how difficult it is to find, and how difficult it is figure out who directed what parts. We also got new (free) vids from Florence + The Machine, Tim Heidecker, and Wintersleep. Bonus: Doug saw Kyle from Brthr on the street and recounts this in detail.

Prince is dead, and you can’t watch any of his music videos online (including that one from a few years ago with the breakfast). Harmony Korine made a Rihanna music video where she shots a guy and that’s about it. Taylor Swift won't let us see her sweat. Do you have boy problems? That’s too bad, because the only boy problem we got is we have too many handsome boys on the podcast talking about music videos. Carly Rae is back in the mix this week, along with Chance the Rapper who is showing off by getting to ride on top of a CTA train. Plus we have a video that we very much wish could be the official video for “Famous” by Kanye West.
