Got up early made the decision to go back for Mum and Dad as well as I feel safer. Exciting stuff though I feel much better.

More therapy. Just getting this out has made me feel better. Yeah I'm full of shit but I'm working on it. I think it's all down to lack of momentum. It's a period of growth that is for sure.

Where I'm at right now. What's going well what's not going so well. It really felt great recording this. Getting it all out. Taking action on an idea I have wanted to do for years. I just have to stick to it now. One a day every day for a year. No matter what.
