Topher and Nick's Pop Culture Picks

Our first ever guest returns for a fun minisode. Patrick Fowler joins us to count down our top 5 favorite members of Nsync (his idea). Full length episodes return soon. 

It's an unprecedented Nick-less episode because of a microphone mix up, but Topher still got to hang out with new friends from Chattanooga, Grace Holtz and Natasha Ferrier. They talk about many different topics including clowns, songwriting inspiration, and the fate of "The Boy in the Plastic Bubble." Even without Nick, this episode was a fun one to record! Sorry, Nick.

Mike Wuest stops by to talk about the great Bill Murray and his best movies. This episode was recorded on the stage at Art Bar and there were lots of people walking around with electronic devices, so please forgive the few spots of audio distortion in this episode. We also spoil the latest Star Wars movie.

John Gibson joins us to count down our favorite horror movies from the 80's. We also spoil the ending to Sleepaway Camp, so you may want to watch that before listening to this episode.

As our journey to a comedy show continues, we use this road trip to talk about the TV shows "The Flash" and "Arrow." This episode was recorded 3 episodes into the current season and contains spoilers for everything up to that point. We recommend that you watch the shows before listening.

Topher and Nick take a few minutes to talk about a man they grew up watching on television, the wonderful Leonard Nimoy.  With Topher and Nick being big Star Trek fans, the recent news that Nimoy has passed away was difficult...so this episode is just a small tribute to Mr. Spock, played by an actor who was an icon in the pop culture and science fiction community.  Thanks for the memories, Leonard.
