    Words of Wisdom

    Words of Wisdom Thank you for writing all this down. It comes from my heart through your heart to the hearts of many and it will open their minds to the possibility of life after life.  We know life goes on, for you this is more difficult to grasp. I see how scared some people are and wish so much to be able to say, “don’t worry” and “life goes on”.  I have wanted to write this book to show you how you can already experience this coming existence now, while you are in this body. I don’t know how successful it will be, but we must try. When you realize what an absolute joy and sense of freedom awaits you in this next step, you will hopefully be able to enjoy this life even more. Ideally, it will feel like stepping onto a moving staircase. You will feel light and be light and your essence will know where you are going. You become part of the whole and the more you feel this in this present life already, the easier this step is for you. It is part of life.  And what remains ? The most important part: The love that you shared and received.Nobody can take this love away from you. This is why you came, to experience this love on Earth. It’s as simple as that. It may have many shapes or forms, but it is always that: Love. It is who you truly are.  I love you.

    Cat Exercise

    Cat Exercise Have you heard that us cats can see in the dark ?I’m sure you have. And you do too, you just seldom use this ability. It might stem from the fact that many are also afraid to be in the dark. So, I would like to take you on a little journey to show you that you too can see in the dark – even if maybe not as well as us cats do. Find a room you can make completely dark. Sit down and make yourself comfortable. Now turn off all the lights and close your eyes. You can listen to some music if you prefer, you may discover that you enjoy the music even more than usually. After a few minutes, open your eyes very gently. At first, just a little bit, and with these half open eyes look around you. At first it will look dark around you, but then you might notice that you can in fact see some forms or shapes. Maybe you even see some light – it can be white or blue or other colours too. Just look around you, really relaxed and notice what you notice. Don’t strain your eyes and don’t try to focus too much on something or other. And then close your eyes again and listen to the music. Relax your eyes and if you wish, you can repeat the exercise. How does it feel to see some shapes ? You can also get up and wander around and notice what you see. The next time you may feel more familiar already. When you are ready, open your eyes and turn on the light, ideally a small light first, until your eyes have adjusted to the light. Now you have experienced what we cats see at night. As you can see (!) this is something you can do as well. Welcome to our cat experience !

    Twirling - Heart & Soul

    Twirling – Heart & Soul We can do the exercise we can do whenever we are in fear. It is just a twirling of the arms. The arms are relaxed by our sides and we twirl the right arm clockwise and the left arm anti-clockwise. At first it’s easy to twirl the arms, then there is a bit of a resistance, as if you were stirring in a soupor wafting in a cloud. You circle with both arms at the same time and become aware of any changes. ·      Does it change how you are standing ? ·      Does it change how you are breathing ? ·      Does it change how you see things ? ·      How do you feel while you are stirring thesetwo pots ? You can do this until you feel a sigh or yawn, or a big breath.·      What else do you feel and experience ? Now try to think of something that usually makes you afraid. Keep twirling your arms. Notice what happens:·      Do you feel the fear ? ·      Or do you just know what it would be, but don’t actually feel it ? ·      What did you discover ? It is an exercise to bring you more into the body, connect your soul with you more firmly. It also helps you keep your fears at a distance, mainly because you yourself, your soul, is anchored safely in your heart and body. You are there, heart and soul, really present and your fears step aside.

    A Boat

    A Boat When somebody is close to passing over, you can go into a meditation. In your imagination, you go across together with your friend in a boat - to the other shore.You can meet their friends and family who have already crossed. Let your friend talk with them, sit, celebrate and share.If you like, ask their family and friends for advice how to help your companion best on this journey.Come back and maybe let them know.But maybe just take the advice and write down your experience.You may want to share it with their family when they have passed over.This can be of great consolation for them, knowing that their loved one is joining his familyand friends and that they had an encounter already, even if it was just in the imagination.

    Rainbow Bridge

    Rainbow Bridge We cats are border crossers. We often sleep, but we also often cross over the threshold and back. That's why we know the other side of the rainbow bridge very well. We would like to share this experience with you.  Imagine that you are a cat, and lie down on a sofa or the floor, an armchair or a beanbag. Make yourself cosy, just like you've seen us cats do. Make yourself as comfortable as possible. Have you ever seen a cat lying uncomfortably? Exactly. We make ourselves really cosy. It's not far to the other world; it's actually just a change in vibration.  First, take a few deep breaths and relax all your limbs, including the muscles in your head, which is important, and in your neck. You are all out and about at night when you are asleep, but now we want to stay conscious while travelling.  After a deep breath, you let go of your body and see a flat bridge in front of you, like a bridge over a river. Perhaps you see colours and light around the bridge, and you walk or float towards it. If you wish, you decide to cross the bridge and discover the other side.  Or you decide that now is not the right moment. In this case, you take a few deep breaths of air, breathe deeply, take hold of your body again and open your eyes. You can also go on this journey on another day.  If you do want to discover the other side, then come along and we'll walk up the steps together and back down again. It's easy and you can have a look around. What do you see? ·      Colours ?  ·      Shapes ?  ·      People ?   What do you hear ? ·      Songs ?  ·      Music ?  ·      Voices ?   How do you feel ? ·      How do you like this place ?  ·      Does it feel familiar ?  ·      Do you have friends here ?  ·      Relatives ?   Just go for a walk and observe what you see. Keep breathing and relax.  Who would you like to meet ? ·      A person ?  ·      An animal ?   Sit on a chair, at a table or on the ground and wait, maybe he or she will come and talk to you. You can start a conversation, ask questions, or just enjoy the fact that you are together. ·      Can you feel their presence ?  ·      Have you exchanged ideas?   Would you like to talk to someone else? Maybe they will come, maybe they won't. As it is, it is fine. Maybe you've got to know your friend, your relative a bit better. Maybe they have developed in the meantime. Every exchange is valuable and is appreciated. In any case, you can come here and visit them at any time, there are no fixed visiting times! 😊And now we walk or drive back - you can also take the boat, whichever suits you better. Maybe you will find a completely different way to this side of life, know that you are always welcome.  If you want to cross the bridge again, then we'll cross it together now, step by step. Maybe you prefer to float across or to feel the steps under your feet.   Then take a few deep breaths and take hold of your body again.  Maybe yawn once, that's good for you. If you like, you can write down your experiences so that you can remember them later. Welcome home again !

    Step into the Form

    Step into the Form If you would like to experience the sense ofpassing over while awake, you can just imaginethe form of you which has passed over right infront of you.Imagine it and then step into this form and feelwhat it is like.Notice how your body feels:·      Your arms·      Your legs·      Your head·      Your eyes·      Notice also your feelings·      Your emotions·      What does this state feel like ? Comfortable ?·      Notice your thoughts as well.·      And finally notice your whole being.·      Do you notice something you usually don’t in·      daily life ? What is it ?·      Do you feel that there is a colour around you·      or inside you ?·      Do you want to move your arms, your legs ?You can take yourself for a walk, experience whatit feels like to move in this form.·      What do you notice ?·      Do you enjoy it ?Finally, you can step out of this form into yourselfagain, and shake your limbs and body a bit.Maybe you want to take some notes of yourexperiences. Did something surprise you ?Did you find some answers to your questions ?Did it feel familiar ?As you see, it’s only a step away and it can be asource of great comfort to step in from time totime.

    The Gondola

    The Gondola Would you like to make sure that you remember all the wonderful experiences of your life before passing over ? You have taken many photographs to remember, and also videos, and you keep letters and emails.Here is another way to make sense of your life and celebrate your achievements which are your experiences. You can put on some music if you like.  Imagine being in the mountains and getting into a gondola to travel to the mountain peak. The mountain top is the other world, maybe you don’t see it, it has some clouds around it. As you get into your gondola, you are ready to see all the experiences of your life. Allow yourself to be surprised where they will show up: near you, or further away, on the horizon even ? Allow yourself to be shown your life and take your time. The gondola is very comfortable and there is much to see on the way up to the mountain. You can listen to the music, or to the silence, and see your life beneath you like a big picture. You can stop the gondola at any point to get a better look. Beginning from your birth, see your parents, your siblings, your life - and let the gondola take you from stage to stage, from place to place, from people to people, until you are in the present, in the here and now. Look around - what do you notice ? Here is a stop where you can get off the gondola. If you stop here, you can step off the gondola, stretch your arms and legs, take some deep breaths and open your eyes.  You can also carry on if you like and see what experiences may live in your future. If you carry on the journey in your gondola, you can look at what is shown to you. You can travel on all the way to the top or get off at any time during the journey. There is no merit in going fast or slow, or in going further or stop earlier. This is your free choice and therefore always the right choice. You may see things that delight you or others that shock you. Know always that you are safe in your gondola and nothing can touch you, you are just an observer. If you wish to reach the top, possibly travelling through the clouds, just wait until you hear the message: “This is your destination.” and get off the gondola.  Have a look around, as long as you like. You can meet people, friends, family, but also artists, scientists, composers, philosophers. Just ask and you can have a meeting with somebody who interests you. ·      J.S. Bach ? ·      Albert Einstein ? ·      Michelangelo ? ·      A Saint ? ·      Your parents ? ·      A childhood friend ? Take your time. You can sit on a bench with them, looking at the beautiful view, or maybe you would like to talk with them, dance with them, or go for a walk. It is up to you. You can also wander around by yourself and make discoveries, it is your choice. When you are ready, you come back to the gondola, step in and travel to the point in time which is now. The gondola opens and you step out.  You stretch your arms and legs and take a few deep breaths. Finally, you open your eyes. If you wish, you can write down your impressions and experiences of this journey.

    Important Moments

    Important Moments Take a few deep breaths and relax. You can make yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Let yourself drift away for a bit. Then consider your life so far: What were important moments in your life ? They can be big events, or small ones. What do you remember ? Just let memories come up, look at them and let them go again and go to the next one. You can go and look at these events chronologically, or you can go backwards in time.  Or you just notice what you remember. What were the feelings you experienced ?Do your memories have colours ? Do you remember music ? Do you remember the things you did, activities ? Do you remember important people in your life ? One by one visit your moments and give yourself time to look at everything. You have experienced so much ! Look at what you appreciate most about the situations, the people, yourself and your life. When you are ready, take a few deep breaths. Stretch your limbs and yawn, and slowly open your eyes. Life has been a journey ! Your experiences and feelings are your own treasure chest from life. If you would like to remember any of your insights, feelings or experiences, feel free to write them down for later.

    Golden Portal

    Golden Portal You can breathe deeply, a few times, make yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Together we will travel over the threshold and back and I will hold your hand with my paw. First of all, you must know that I make this journey many times every day. Cats can travel back and forth easily, we are very good at this. This is why you sometimes see us asleep, but looking like we are aware of everything that is going on. We are. In your terms, we are kind of meditating. We are able to cross the line to the next life and back and today I invite you on this journey. Take another deep breath and let me guide you to a golden portal. It is as big or small as you feel comfortable and it is made of light. As we step across, you feel the light shining on you, I love this feeling. You are already on the other side, and you may have to get used to the light here, it is quite bright. When you are ready, we can walk along a path leading ahead. I’ll go first and if you feel like it, you can follow me. If you prefer, you can also stay here for a while or go back through the golden portal. As you wish. When you are ready to wander on, we pass through a meadow with different coloured flowers. Which colours are the flowers you see ?We come to a place which feels familiar to you, and you can look around. You can also find a place to sit and make yourself comfortable. In a moment, one of your spirit guides will appear, maybe it is your Guardian Angel. What would you like to tell them ? Ask them ?After a while you look up and see your spirit guide. What colour do you see ? What shape and form ? What do they feel like to you ? Do you hear a name when you ask them who they are ? What do you hear them say to you ? Do you hear their voice or feel their words and sentences ?  Is it more a feeling or picture that they give you ?Stay present with your guardian angel or spirit guide and sense what it feels like to be together. Are they familiar or do they feel like somebody you meet for the first time ? And now you can ask all the questions that are on your mind. Ask them one by one and pay attention to what you receive back in return. It can be in words, and answer. It can be a picture, a colour, a song, a scene from a movie or from your life. Your spirit guides will pick the area you are most familiar with. They try to speak your language. You may be surprised how well they know you, even knowing your sense of humour. You will meet a friend who knows you through and through. After a few such talks you will know that you can trust them and ask even deeper questions. You can also just have a conversation, share about your life or be silent together. Whatever you need, your Guardian Angel is there for you. You may want to remember that, even when you are not doing a meditation like this: There is always someone there for you to talk and share and ask for help. We are always here. When you are ready, you can thank them, say good-bye, maybe give each other a hug. You can also ask for a blessing from them. Maybe this is a feeling, a colour, a gift or a song. Receive what you are given and express your gratitude. Then we can go back and follow the path between the meadows until we come to the golden portal. Again, we can feel the light from the portal and pass through, back to this life. When you are ready, you can stretch and shake yourself a bit, take some deep breaths and open your eyes. If you can, ideally you write down quickly what you saw, experienced and received. As this is on a different frequency, the experiences which were so vivid get forgotten quickly when you are back on this side of the portal. You can write it all down or record your experiences. You can go back through the portal any time you feel like it – now you know the way.  And if you would like a companion on your journey, you can just call me – Rocky – and we can travel together again. Blessings on all your journeys !

    Rocky about passing over

    Rocky about passing over “When you pass over, there is a moment of recognition:  I know this place ! It feels familiar. And that is why people who have experienced it tell others not to be afraid. Because it will feel “like home”, like a place you are happy to return to.  In truth, it isn’t a different place, of course, it is just on a different frequency. It is a frequency you know and remember. And it feels comfortable, through and through. It feels like one of your best moments, when you are relaxed and happy and feel well in yourself.  Do you remember some of these moments ? It is like sinking into yourself and resting comfortably in your being. You can easily move in and out of this state, in some ways you do it every night when you fall asleep, when you go unconscious.  Are you not happy to go to sleep and feel relaxed and sink into this place which is also unknown to you ? Why should it be any different - as an experience - than this comfortable feeling of falling asleep ? When you cross over, it is a feather-light feeling. Sometimes you are picked up by loved ones, sometimes you simply cross over, like at a pedestrian crossing. You start walking and there you are. It goes very smoothly, like when you swim and enjoy the water. It's a short journey with a beautiful arrival.“

    Listen to Music

    Listen to Music You can listen to some beautiful music – meditative or classical music – music where you can relax. Make yourself comfortable and turn on the music. Close your eyes and relax, taking a few deep, deep breaths. On the count of three, let yourself glide onto the tones of the music, and let yourself be carried by them up and down the scale. Feel yourself react to the tones like the water of a wave rising and falling. Let yourself be surprised by the movement of the melody. How does it make you feel to be lifted, then falling, maybe you turn and maybe you start to see colours and pictures. Or you just enjoy this beautiful journey with the music. Become the music, become every tone of the music if you wish, what is revealed to you ? Do the tones show themselves to you like beings ? Do they have characters ? Are you meeting long lost friends and are you dancing with them to their music ?Let yourself go into the feeling of the notes, the sounds, the tones and let them sweep you off your feet. Just let go and let the music take you on its journey. How does that feel ? What do you notice, also about yourself, and what do you meet on your journey ? When you are ready, you can open your eyes again, stretch your body and take a deep breath. You have just experienced what it can be like to go into transition. Did you experience the feeling of being free, and letting go ? Letting go of all worries and heaviness and feeling light and being light ? You have felt your essence. How cool is that ?

    Welcome !

    Welcome !  We welcome you on this journey to experience and discover our transitions to the worlds of light. We wish to offer a workbook and podcast with exercises and ideas to get more familiar with the unknown. Rocky is a tomcat and philosopher who would like all of us to practise and become familiar with this transition. He says if people are more used to the experiences which this special transition gives, it will stop or diminish any fear of this transition which in truth is wonderful and a great event or gift. He also says that people will have less fear about life in general, which will help them enjoy this life even more and be grateful for it.  Rocky knows that many are very concerned for their siblings, parents, friends and he wishes to create this workbook to lessen the fear for others as well.He says that it is much healthier for everybody, if we expect the best in life and for the transitions too.  Rocky says: I am a gatekeeper and a travel guide for all those who wish to travel across the threshold and back. It’s Time to travel !
