In this episode, I am joined by Dan Brennan, Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Director of the Comprehensive Transplant Center at Johns Hopkins. He shares his experiences and the contributions he has made in his career. We are looking at a case and treatment options of a 52 year old man with a history of diabetes, hypertension, end stage kidney disease and kidney transplant roughly a month ago. He has CMV donor positive, recipient negative status.

In this episode, we are looking at a case of a 62 year old many with a history of AML, who underwent a bone marrow transplant, and what his risks are for CMV Viremia and CMV complications. I am joined by Bill Werbel, Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Disease working on the Transplant and Oncology Infectious Disease team, to talk about his journey to working in infectious disease and his experiences.

In this episode, we are looking at current Covid-19 treatment options for a 47 year old female with diabetes, hypertension, end stage renal disease who had a kidney transplant 2 years ago.
