To begin with, I would like to talk about my background. I hold a degree in Systems Engineering and a diploma in Project Management. Currently, I work as a Systems and Infrastructure Coordinator, and at the same time, I am expanding my knowledge here at SENA. In my daily job, making proper decisions is essential. For example, in infrastructure, if we do not monitor the network constantly, the systems fail. This is a clear rule in my field.Looking ahead, my main goal is to specialize in cybersecurity and cloud networking. I am already taking action to achieve this. If I complete my current technology program successfully, I will apply for advanced cybersecurity certifications next year. I am also improving my Python programming skills for automation. If I have time on weekends, I practice coding and study specialized technical material.In the workplace, leadership and professional responsibility require a lot of flexibility. Technology changes rapidly, and we must adapt. If a major server migration presents unexpected issues, a good leader changes the strategy immediately instead of complaining. In my experience, being adaptable means finding solutions under pressure.Finally, thinking about the future and bigger challenges, I often reflect on leadership. If I became the Chief Information Security Officer of a global company, I would implement strict automation and training programs. I also believe that if I had the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary international team, I would focus heavily on horizontal communication and professional growth.In conclusion, my academic journey at SENA and my job experience help me build the discipline I need.
