2024 was my last episode so I thought it's cool to give a life update. Lots in store this year and let's see where this goes.

As the church grows, it is inevitable to have conflicts among fellow Christians due many factors such as values and different personalities. As a result, many leave the church. In this episode, i’ll be sharing my experiences and stories from my Christian friends who left because of trauma it has brought on them. Let’s discuss the root and the lingering issues within the church that causes exodus to continue.

Mental Health is widely regarded as one of the most pressing issues today and more people particularly the younger generation are having this emotional experience. In this episode, we will talk about some of the whys, are there enough platforms that encourages us to open up? what can we do in dealing with it? what would it take to get to recovery?
